Horrible customer service. Don’t bother calling 800 number because they are clueless of what to say and what to do. Purchased washer and dryer 1 month ago (Paid in Full) and items yet to be delivered, called several times all they can say is that item has been “acknowledged”.. ok, but what does that mean? Customer service- “well I don’t know”..I asked her are calls at least recorded of how many times clients call with item concerns? Customer Service - “Well no”… Go some where else for appliances. Lowe’s- if you don’t have items don’t put them on display. Just an FYi.

Worse Customer service ever, even the manager rocky didn't want to hear me about the bad experience with employee. 3 hrs later still waiting on a call back manager rocky just says I'll tell him to call you right back. I paid for 2 windows only got 1 and it was the wrong window. Never got a call when window arrived at store until I called the store and still waiting on them to call me about the right windows. Taking my service somewhere else to finish my house

Had a bad experience today at Lowes I go buy a drill and driver combo set I call for help and the associate helps everyone else except me because I am a girl I have to tell him Im the one that called for help. He takes the box to the other associate and i am not allowed to even inspect it while at the register.. No bag he's like here and he stayed in front of me i had to go around him. Tip of the day dont go to work with an attitude.and get on a diet!

I had to return a 50 lbs hydrated lime bag ,right there and then because no one would help me load it in my vehicle.I’m 6 months pregnant and had my 9 month old daughter with me also .
