I asked this middle age man with a beer belly and gray hair where the hammers would be an in his most condescending to he said “in the tools” I so I went to the tools and still couldn’t find the hammer till I found them tucked away in a corner near the tools so I found it thanks to that old man’s condescending tone so to that old man I just want to say thanks for the help cabron

I've been to this store only a couple of times and every time I've been, it's the same thing. No one wants to help and they seem to hide from customers. If I do come across an employee, they tell me to ask someone else. Today I just needed help finding a certain light bulb, no heavy or arduous task. Lady referred me to the man in lighting and he quickly walks outside and pretends to be busy with something else! I've never seen a set of lazier employees in my life! I did put my items down and walked out. I don't see why I should give this store any business when they are of no help. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times, but never again.

No electric chairs available at all, I went at 1:20pm not busy store .... I left because I couldn't shop without the chair, I have an injured leg and can't walk too long.

Unfortunately, my delivery experience was very disappointing. My bathtub was delivered to my front door, and the delivery driver simply rang the doorbell and walked away. I opened the door shortly after and asked if he could place the tub in my garage. He acknowledged me but dismissively waved it off and continued back to his vehicle.
When I contacted Lowe’s (Store #1702 Pharr, Texas), I was informed that deliveries are handled by a third-party company, not directly by them. I was home alone with three children, which is exactly why I chose to pay extra for delivery—expecting the item would be placed in a safe, accessible location. Instead, I was left struggling to move a large, heavy tub on my own, all while trying to keep my kids safe inside—and to make matters worse, it was about to rain. I expected a much more supportive and customer-focused experience.

I explained to the manager, Elva, that yesterday I brought the EGo battery to Lowe's because the mower was not working. It appeared to be the battery. Yesterday, the Lowe's rep at returns spoke to the manager, and the manager told her that I needed to return the mower and everything else that came with the mower. So the next day (today), I go through the trouble of hauling the mower from 15 miles away along the expressway. I return everything. Then surprise! They can't return it!!! Why make customers go through the hauling trouble. I gave Lowe's a one starr because there was no zero stars..
