Releases information by phone without ANY verification to account. Closed my decade+ long business account without even a phone call or a request to set up time to discuss matters. No curtesy to inform customer with even a phone call to come in. Seriously blurt out all matters on phone while I was driving w passengers. I didn’t respond to mail request send via mail nor did I get email asking to discuss matters. Bankers point finger on each other instead of being accountable when I asked why no one simply asked me to come in since I’m a regular. Don’t mind going to another bank but to send money via mail with no tracking! I seriously hope nothing but the worse fortune for this bank. Can’t pay my bills since they closed my account and allegedly snail mailed my livelihood. Am told lone star national bank cannot cancel out their own check and reprint. No tracking number to be able to locate the funds to my account. The bankers that started the bank have now to moved to better, more reliable banks. Thank you for the time you were a solid bank for your clients

Absolutely terrible phone etiquette. I was transferred to customer service just a minute ago and the lady wasn't using rude words but her rude tone made it very clear she was not happy and I was a nuisance. She should not be working customer service with that tone abs attitude.

"We do what the little banks cant and the big banks wont" it's sooo cringe having that as the banks slogan while knowing that the LSNB mobile app is horrible. I get constant errors and it rarely ever logs me in. It says I have the wrong password meanwhile i can login from my computer just fine. Apart from that the app itself looks very old. Like early 2000's old. You know for a bank that advertises heavily you would think they would work on their mobile app. The moble app is such a disappointment and you're better off going with a competitor bank.

Drive thru is so slow, for being the main bank they can not get it right on the drive thru banking. I have been waiting for 20 min and the car in front of me or besides me have not moved.

Very bad customer service. I was not at all impressed with the way my issue and concerns were addressed. It's not a first time issue and I also have had to change my ATM card due to notice of possible fraud.
