The store is always a mess, never restocked. I’ve came multiple times, weeks a part & things are in the same place they were in my prior visit. Not worth it

The store is terribly inconvenient if you're searching for yarn. Nothing is placed were it should be, it looks as though they don't carry the item despite the website saying it's in store.
It always looks like a war zone. Boxes piled high, boxes of miscellaneous yarn in the middle that you have to sift through.
The workers are very friendly but my god throw me a bone here. I can't spend all day hoping to find my items.

While the workers at this store are helpful and kind, there are NEVER enough people. I have yet to spend less than an hour in the store, and it is always because the employees are helping as many people as possible. This inevitably leaves the sewing counter AND the checkout area without staff. I don’t understand why there are never more than about two employees in a store which clearly requires more workers. Once again, the employees who ARE there are lovely, they just need help!

It was my first time shopping at Joann’s at was disappointed at the wait time at the register. Did not know about the ring for customer assistance until a customer walked up to tell me. The young girl saw me at the register but went on about her business. Very bad customer service!! I will not go back!
