They were recommended by a friend. The reviews seemed good. The pictures of the cars fixed had a lot more damage than mine. I had a scratch and a ding so I figured mine would be a cake walk. The guy seemed bothered I was there he looked at my car and said he couldn't give me a quote. Becuz the sensor on the panel would have to be calibrated since it seemed to be popped out. Than he said that it would be around 3k to fix but he wasn't sure. No help at all. So I took it somewhere else. They took pictures looked at the sensor got my info filled out an information card. Had a itemized quote by the time I got home 1300 hundred less than the 3k Jaz dent said it might costs. Mind blowing he couldn't or was to bothered to quote. Take your car somewhere else very unprofessional.

Outstanding and warm service from Juan, the best go to place in the valley for small car dents, dings, etc.. I have taken more than 4 cars with them and always leave with a big smile. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE!!! I TOOK MY VEHICLE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE TOLD ME TO RETURN AFTER CHRISTMAS WHICH I DID IT TOOK THEM 10 DAYS UNTIL FINISHED THEY DIDN'T CALL ME I HAD TO CALL AND ASK IF MY VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY FINISHED. THERE'RE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY SUCKED WHAT THEY DO DIDN'T EVEN DO THE JOB COMPLETELY THEY STILL LEFT SOME SCRATCHES OUT BUT NO DISCOUNT ON THE JOB THAT THEY DIDN'T COMPLETELY FINISH. I SHOULD'VE GONE TO VIC'S COLLISON IN PHARR INSTEAD. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. PLEASED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER SERVICE...THEY SUCK!!!!

Haven't recently used them, in the past they were the logical choice for hail damage and minor dings. Very cost effective, and your factory paint job remains intact. No sanding, grinding, body filler, or paint mismatch. Truly amazing, our fleet vehicles never looked better.
