Worst IBC I’ve ever visited. Women inside are talking, laughing and staring outside while I sat at drive thru for 25-30 minutes. Only 2 cars a 3pm, not very busy. Teller won’t speak to you until you’ve waited 10 minutes and call them first. Second time this has happened, and I’ve not experienced this anywhere else.

Drive thru teller won't cash your checks, they ask you to go inside. You go inside & there is 3 or four women at their desk doing nothing they won't help. So you have to wait in line for the one person doing something. 15 to 20 min in line. Never fails. I always drive to another IBC even though I live right behind this one. Very bad service.

Serious amateur hour going on. You’re better off ordering a pizza and it will get to you in half the time it does even getting helped.Beware of the “new system” that conveniently asks for your DL & SSN.

Horrible customer service, i was talking to a lady on the phone and she just hung up on me!!! i would give it 0 stars if i could, the employees are very rude and unprofessional, who just hangs up while youre supposed to "help" the customer?????
