Terrible, no one is trained to give proper attention, they do not know their own services and they do not know how to solve problems. I had to go to another branch and in the end I canceled my account with them.

Worst IBC I’ve ever visited. Women inside are talking, laughing and staring outside while I sat at drive thru for 25-30 minutes. Only 2 cars a 3pm, not very busy. Teller won’t speak to you until you’ve waited 10 minutes and call them first. Second time this has happened, and I’ve not experienced this anywhere else.

Drive thru teller won't cash your checks, they ask you to go inside. You go inside & there is 3 or four women at their desk doing nothing they won't help. So you have to wait in line for the one person doing something. 15 to 20 min in line. Never fails. I always drive to another IBC even though I live right behind this one. Very bad service.
