I went in for an appointment, they took a bit but I was seen in order that we were scheduled. I go every year to the location in Weslaco but this time of year they are closed so I was sent to the Pharr location. I highly recommend this tax preparation, been going for years and will continue to!

I rated it this way because I have specifically told the agent that I did not get the child tax for November and December and that was not included on my child tax refund application for this year so I'm only getting the 2000 and we'll miss out on the other two payments for November and December other than that the experience was good
