“This was our first trip to Matt’s in Pharr.
After 4 separate trips to look at flooring at the big box stores and desperately looking for someone to help and getting nothing but the brush off we decided to give Matt’s a try.
We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked through the front door. Welcoming smiles, hello’s and how can we help you. We knew we were in the right place.
We proceeded to the flooring department and were immediately greeted by Chris F. who was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and got us all set up and out the door.
Then we headed over to plumbing and another employee greeted us as well and thanked us for coming in.

“I had a unique fastener need. A 3/8" rivet failed and I needed a replacement. I was helped finding a 5/16" countersunk hex bolt and narrow bolt to replace the rivet. Thank you for the creative attention”
