This is specifically for the bakery department.
I ordered a 2 tier cake that was going to cost around $63 before taxes. One tier is supposed to be chocolate the other tier vanilla. The cake was supposed to be decorated exactly as pictured in the book, the colors were pink, purple, blue. When i got there to pick up the cake it was all wrong! The cake colors weren't even close to what was supposed to be done. Then i asked her to make sure the cakes were the right flavors and they weren't. What a disaster! I had to wait for someone to remake the whole cake.
The picture of the cake with purple is what i ordered the cake i got was the one in the display.. This will be the second cake they have messed up. From no on i will order elsewhere.

Female working at the popcorn location inside was very dry and had poor customer service. Was not talkative at all with customers, and seemed like she didn’t wanna answer any questions. Manager, then passed by the popcorn store location, an attitude changed, but you could tell and was vary noticeable. Stayed on her phone while customers were in front of her, and didn’t put down her phone until the customer spoke requesting an item to order. Did not get the name of the female working there, but needs very much improvement on her Customer Service.

I appreciate that they made a birthday party a success. I use their service in the barbecue section where they can barbecue chicken for you reasonably reasonably priced ready on time. Rene helped very courteous. HEB thank you so much!!!

Vero was super helpful! Legit couldn’t go to the bathroom with my son bc I had a cart and she showed him where it was. She didn’t have to and it was super nice and appreciated! Thank you! ??

We always shop here, lol. The last time we went, we entered the makeup aisle. We never step a foot on that aisle, anyways, the employee (woman with long black hair, that's always talking with someone on the walkie-talkie) wearing a dark green shirt with a black vest, she was staring at us even before we got near this aisle, lol. We grabbed a deodorant and i accidentally glanced at her direction, and she was already giving us a threatening stare. Then, we entered the makeup aisle and I was looking for a specific eyeliner brand/ and blush brand. (It had been years since we stepped onto this aisle, so I was slowly checking for the specific brand I was looking for). Then, guess what happened? I had already felt/sensed that she had it in for us (my mom and I), as in she suspected us (without cause). Anyways, we were looking around and she kept passing by, (just playing duck). And she asked (pretended that she was being helpful, lol?) "do y'all need any help?" (*With a straight, arrogant, almost angry type of expression*). I told her "no" (I did make it clear that I knew she suspected us, that we might steal, lol!!). *be aware that she kept passing by only when we were there* then, here enters a group of teenagers, two other women, some other people, and now I ask, do you think she* (this absurd employee*) entered to check up on these people?? No! She didn't! She magically disappeared. How come, she didn't check up on them? Lol. Some of those people didn't even grab anything (to purchase). Anyways, that's not the end...?? We then go to the shampoo aisle, we're looking for a shampoo, and guess who enters?? You guessed it! The same absurd employee* and I was fed up, lol. So I spoke up, the minute she passed us, "we're NOT here To STEAL!" as loud as I could, "We're here To BUY/PURCHASE." We glanced at her, and she heard us, lol! Plus, she wasn't even doing anything at the shampoo aisle, she was just standing there. Lol, maybe I was "disrespectful," but I did not enjoy/appreciate her attitude/stares/and blatantly checking up on us. We're "regular" customers, and yes we do appreciate h-e-b's prices (concerning that of food/groceries). But that one experience from that disrespectful woman, was so intolerable. I'm never buying makeup from here, lol. Just food❤️, like always;; responding back to (H-E-B Owner): thank you for reading about our experience. And yes, y'all should let this woman know that not all people/customers are THIEVES. Especially if the customers aren't wearing name brand clothing (this doesn't make them thieves ?/vulnerable to stealing). And we weren't targeted simply for purchasing makeup, she clearly had it in for us BEFORE entering the makeup aisle; Anyways, we're regular customers; And we gave her a piece of our minds, when she passed by us at the shampoo aisle, we loud and clearly Said out loud that we weren't going to steal, and that we were there to buy. She heard us, lol.
