Worst delivery and customer service. If someone is sick they do not care. Customer representative dose not let you speak and inform them of situation so that it can be addressed. Prescriptions are delayed and they tend to give one the run around even after attempting to fill a prescription.. it has taken well over 8 hours to have it delivered

These guys are the best. So patient and helpful. I had a Dr. send a prescription for antibiotics to a local CVS. They sent me a message saying there would be a delay in filling the prescription. I called them up. They were extremely rude and said they didn't know when they would be able to fill my prescription. I asked if they could please send the prescription to HEB Pharmacy. They refused and said HEB Pharmacy had to call them and request it. I sent my wife to speak with HEB Pharmacy and explain the situation. They called CVS to request my prescription and filled it right away. So friendly and caring too. Thanks, HEB.

Drive thru closed before closing time. Very inconvenient when I have a sick kid. There's been times where they have several employees working in the pharmacy and a line of customers yet the employees don't acknowledge the customers or want to attend. Bad customer service

Food selection & location is fantastic. However, had a bad customer service experience today with a cashier. Called customer service to bring to attention. Cashier greeted as expected asking how everything was and I guess thought I didn't responded "good" and paused the checking of items and stared at me. Please keep in mind I wear a mask and there's a shield in between. If the worker did not hear me, it is not my problem. As I got my receipt and took off, she told the bagger worker "I can't believe these customers are mad." I was to reassure I was not mad. I called Customer Service and advised it wasn't professional from a worker at HEB especially when there are other customers waiting to be charged in line. I would recommend additional Customer Service training and advised the Customer Service rep who took my complaint. Time stamp on my receipt is today 11/08/21 3:59pm and Cashier Mari A 043762. Thank you.

Who doesn't love HEB. The best selection and prices in Texas. The bakery is amazing and HEB brand coffee, Cafe Ole, is one of my favorite home brewed coffee brands.
