Sat Apr 13 @ 5PMI went In to return a ZT Brand knife I bought one week prior from issues with the mechanism, I spoke to Ian(very nice employee) and agreed the knife is defective who then called the manager over( Nice Tall Guy) and agreed with me that knife has mechanism issue and offered me a replacement or refund, I took the refund, during those 4 minutes an employee wearing Black Eyeglasses and a green shirt came around and saw the knife who himself admitted it was getting stuck, proceeded to tell me “its the way you are holding it sir you have your hand like this so on so fourth” claiming user error, I told him this isn’t my first knife he continued to tell me that it is the way I’m handling it to be the cause; this individual came and offered his two cents no one asked for after the manager offered the refund already. I have purchased many things guns ammo knives in the past, to be disrespected like that over something he should not have been involved in to begin with, employee seemed to be the only one wearing eyeglasses. Mr Robert Glick you need to speak to that individual and your manager (tall guy) can attest to the issue. You have lost a customer for whatever it’s worth.ATTN BOB GLICK and Management

I made a phone call spoke to a John in gun department Boy that guy knows his stuff the most to the point and informative conversation I have ever had with a staff member I was a sales representative for 30 yrs he is the perfect mold. TY Mr John I will do as you told me.

First time there nobody asked me if I needed anything. Second time was way better with more attention tocthe customer and friendliness. Although prices may be a bit higher than other places and gun selection isn't that great. Camping gear is awesome though!
