It's very hard to manuring and get into the door, tight space on top of that crowded space. You can park on the street and wait for a call to get the door. Waiting time may axceed more than 6 hours or more. While loading time is much greater than you expect . Good luck.!

I hope the supervisor or plant manager reads this review and puts order in the shipping department because they waste time talking to each other and make mistakes What harms the drivers, for example, not handing over the documentation and then, once you are on your way, they call you so that you have to return because they forgot to give them a page of BOL. Thank you very much.

WORSE PLACE EVER. THEY LOADED WITH NO CARE. We requested them to rearrange due to unstableness and weight and they made us pay cash to fix what they screwed up on. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Very rude dock workers and office staff

This place has gone way downhill. Pretty much need to be on the friend's list to get loaded reasonably. Just need 3 pallets and was told waiting for doors, yet drivers that came in way after I did are backing in. Typical

One star because it is impossible to put -10 stars. Terrible place, to enter it is a narrow door and to maneuver it is too uncomfortable due to lack of space even though they have land to expand both the door and the parking lot, the second door through which the exit is supposed to be is closed, causing discomfort to maneuver, On the other hand, no less important, I have been at the door for more than 5 hours and they still haven't raised the first pound, a total lack of respect for our work and our time.

First time here and I can confirm comments are absolutely true. Park at the side of the road...both lanes. Came and found about 20 trucks roadside and about 18 in-dock.
Checked in 2:40p.
Docked at 4:10p.
Still not loaded at 8p. (Picking only 2 pallets.)
Even my broker hates this joint. NEVER AGAIN!!

Absolutely horrible. Avoid. Cluster for trying to park. Checked in at 430pm finally a door at about 1100pm waiting for paperwork 1230am. Last time I'll be coming here.
