Supposedly attempted to drop off a package containing my work laptop 3 times. I have not left my house as I was anticipating this package, seeing as it was imperative to my job. They did not even leave a door tag. Their office then had the audacity to leave a voicemail saying they were going to ship it back to my place of work because I was not home, which again- is untrue. All of this could have been resolved if they had simply left a door tag.

I wish I had gotten the lady's name. She was friendly, helpful, and quick. In and out with no problems and that's cause I needed help with what I was sending out.

They lie all the time. They "attempted delivery" ... That's funny, I've been outside in my front yard all day, and I haven't seen the hide or hair of these clowns. Of course, there's no one to call or talk to.. fedex is the absolute worst. And just when you think you hit rock bottom, you get my Local Fedex I'm Edinburgh TX to really make sure it's even more terrible.

FedEx will completely destroy any fragile item, it doesn’t matter if you insure it or tell them is very fragile, and to make a complain nobody is gonna help you, you have to find out how to do it by your self on their website

My last experience was not pleasant at all. Branch service asked me to call customer service and vice versa. They contradicted each other in the information they gave, they had to deliver on another day, they didn't arrive and finally we couldn't get the package, they returned it.
