We took a starter for a heavy duty truck to be repaired. We were quoted $159. The starter did the same thing it was doing before. We took the starter back and were told they found what was wrong and would replace the part. We took the starter back to the truck and the same issue was still happening with the starter. When we took it back for a 3rd time we were told that maybe what we needed to replace was the solenoid and it would be another $120. We asked for a refund on what had been done before and were told they don't do refunds. Keep in mind they only said it might be the solenoid because we told them the mechanic told us that might be the problem when we took the starter to them the second time. Vey unprofessional and lost when it comes to doing their job. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I have a lot of respect for this business. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Always honest, they've never tried ripping me off or even come close to it. They give you the truth straight from the beginning. If a part can or cannot be fixed they'll let you know up front. Service charges are honest and fair. Service is prompt. Most of the times ready the same day. I highly recommend this business.

This gentleman is honest in telling you what's wrong with your alternator or starter he knows he's stuff. Works in all kind of models vechicles starters and alternator. Fast service and fair prices. Took him a dd15 freightliner starter and alternator just to get it refurbished since cold weather was coming up didn't want to have problems starting up the BIG motor and he got them done In no time. Since November 2017 and they've been working great no problems whatsoever.
