Arrived to pickup rental car as per Usaa reservation. My daughter had dropped me off and apparently I was at wrong location. I needed to be at one up the street 1 mile. I asked if they would give me a ride to the other enterprise with extra employees just seated inside doing nothing they said no. I would have to call my ride back so I called other enterprise they came to pick me up after I walked out and started walking in triple digit heat note other enterprise picked me down the street. Horrible customer service do not go there you will be borderline disrespected!! Juan needs an attitude adjustment for sure!!!

Went with my son so he could rent a cargo van. The process was quick, the price reasonable, and the van was 2023 with only 60000 miles on it.

Great place to rent a truck. I use them every once in a while to move my rv. Always great and friendly service .Highly recommend them if you need a truck.

I was just hung up by an employee named Krystal. She told me I was not able to rent. When I’ve been renting from them. She said that my husband had a balance. We are two different people. I told her she was discriminating me she hung up on me. I called back and she never answered again. Very disappointed. I told her I wanted to see something in writing that says I can’t rent and said she did not have anything in writing to call another number. Well she just hung up and didn’t give me the so called number. I will call corporate to report her. If I could I’d give them 0 stars. So unprofessional of that girl!! She has no customer service skills!!

Mike Perez and Priscilla!!!! I don't believe I've ever experienced customer service of your caliber in a good while. They made my experience of renting a moving truck a breeze. I was already stressed from having only a week to find an apartment in San Antonio to packing and moving in one week...they eased the worry of renting and traveling to literally ZERO!!! Major props and thank you both!!!
