Basically was calling about a water pump change and the guy that answered the phone rudely just denied answering how much it would cost for a 2006 silverado 5.3 something very common . A simple water pump replacement. Instead he did not let me finish explaining the year model. He just said you just need to bring it. I then said I can't just bring it. There isn't fluid in it. How am I going to Bring it with not even a estimated price?

I've used this place before for a vehicle inspection and this time when I went during business hours the guy wasnt there so his daughter told me to come back later, which I did. After returning and asking for a vehicle inspection the guy just said his printer wasnt working and to come back tomorrow. I asked if he could just email me the document of inspection but he said no. I could already see that this guy just didnt wanna do it because he was being lazy. If you're incompetent to perform a service then why even offer vehicle inspections in the first place?

I always go for my vehicle inspection an other vehicle problems an they tell you what is wrong with it an if possible they can fix your vehicle it's a good place to go
