Worst store an manager ever ! They sold me a discontinued phone didn't told me about it either when I try to return it they didnt want to give me the money back she said it was pass the 7 days which it wasn't!! If I could give them a zero I would . I had to repurchase another phone I've never had issues before with cricket like this .

I have visited 3 times this store, and have not been satisfied, the second time I needed to change a number, and what the mgr does was added another line causing my account increase by 130.00 which was deducted thru autopay and cricket didnt refund they credit for next month, convenient!!, but I still decided to continue giving my business and visited again to switch a device and purchased a bluetooth device for my husband who needed one in emergency due to his job, but 30min later he calls me that the bluetooth was very bad quality and everyone was complaining of the audio calling,he then stopped at Best Buy and purchased another one, so the next day at opening time we were there at cricket on jackson in Pharr ,to return the device.first the staff told me to choose an item, the the mgr said no it has to be the same item what!!!Im stuck with a device that I do not need and of horrible quality, staff were understanding, but mgr has been very arrogant and money hungry since I started going there?♀️?♀️No Fair!@?
