Good thing they have a good app because if you go to this branch it will take a while. They have like 3 persons greeting and just one teller who will not assist on anything

Three ATMS, super fast and easy road access to the bank. I didn't plan a robbery but I did get some cash! I am a fan.

Bank at your own risk do not trust this place this entire institution is corrupt I went there with proper ID recognizing that I made the payment a day before for $650 they took $2,650 out of my bank account putting me $1,300 in negative balance they were not interested in helping me either on the phone or at the bank branch I went back to my bank and JPMorgan Chase which is exceptional in service and they stop payment because Bank of America does not care about anybody except money

This bank is terrible. They literally stole $100 in cash from me then told me there was nothing they could do. You use banks to protect your money, not to get it stolen. I am very disappointed and closing my account with them.

I never thought I would waste soooo much of my time waiting, if you pull up to the drive up area and see at least 3 cars, EXPECT to wait minimum 15 min, and if your "commercial" expect to wait 30 minutes, they tend to not assist you until they're done assisting everybody else.

Bank of America is my current bank. They do have an app that works like a charm but has a learning curve to find specific things at first. The app itself is what I use the most, as I can scan a check and deposit it directly from my phone. Money is available working 72 hours through this method. The drive thru option is often packed at this location, but it is usually speedy. What is inconvenient about the drive thru is that, on occasions, it will not accept the paper checks for deposit. Since the machines are lined in a way that all vehicles have to make a straight line, you may get stuck with a machine that won't accept checks for that given day and have to line your vehicle at the end again. Other than that, the drive-thru experience is pretty good. Inside, there is a concierge. They've always answered my questions and directed me where I needed to go. On occasions, I've been helped by the concierge herself to not make me wait in the lines inside. The only downfall with this location is that it doesn't have friendly work hours. The bank opens at 9Am and closes at 4 pm. Most people who work go into work at 8AM and don't leave until after 4PM, hence the unfriendly work hours. Though Friday's they do open until 6 PM, this causes a large amount of people to conglomerate at the bank for their needs. From two other branches that I've tried (IBC and Lone Star National Bank), this is my banking of choice.
