You need to get your workers new equipment.. its been 3 weeks straight that i try to get my check engine light checked and there machine is not working yet. I cant take it to another place cause im afraid my car wont make it.

Had just called and spoke to Roy Quintero to see if they had ceramic brakes for my car. As I get there about 15 minutes later they don't have any in stock. Very frustrating to be driving around and not be given the correct information.

The worst service ever many years ago their customer service was great but this time needed a part for my vehicle but don’t leave close by store I leave north of Edinburg and they declined transferring part said if really needed it I had to go for it all for a sale. If had a vehicle to go for it I would have but I guess that’s how they treat customers.

Bad service, you ask for the material, they tell you where it is, if you can't find it, they don't do anything to help you look for it.
