I had the best service today with a banker by the name of sandra koonce!!! I was having issues with an older card being closed and she helped me right away to open a new account!! She is the sweetest person and was so so helpful! She had her hands full today and was just pushing through! She really was a life saver today and is an amazing person! If you ever need some help at woodforest bank sandra is ya girl!

Employees are great in Pflugerville BUT The bank itself makes too many errors- I had cc approved for overseas and when I went to use it it didn't work- TWICE. They've also stopped paying my autopay bills while overseas to my accounts like insurance, which then became delinquent.

I went it to open a checking account. First thing I was surprised that it's inside of Walmart. That being said I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I continued on my way to open this account. I waited an extra long amount of time then went through all the paperwork. Before we finished they asked if I wanted a debit card for my account and I said yes. The girl informed me that it would cost 15 dollars for a card. So I said no I'm good I don't want to open it. That's crazy for a card. Then the other lady said they could wave the fee as a courtesy. At that point I was just ready to leave. I asked her to shred my documents and I left.
