You may not believe what happens to me with Wisenbaker.I bought a new house which I have no choice but to use Wisenbaker.Starting from March 20, 2023 up to June 3, 2024, (yes, it is more than a year) Wisenbaker still does not solve my kitchen cabinets' defective issues.1) March 20, 2023, an area manager called Steve came to my house to give me a solution on my problem kitchen cabinet doors. He spent more than an hour taking a lot of pictures and promised would take care of them. I waited for a couple of weeks but still heard nothing from him, I called Wisenbaker to find out that Steve had left the company and all his pictures were gone with him. Wisenbaker said they needed to send another area manager to take care of my case.2) April 10, 2023, another area manager called Brent came to my house. He said he would send a technician to do some touch up job on my cabinet doors.3) April 25, 2023, a technician came but he told me he could not fix the cabinet door's defective with just a touch up job. He said some of the cabinet doors needed to be replaced. The Brent was wasting my time; he did not give a correct solution but just tried to use a sloppy job to push me away.4) May 2, 2023, another area manager called Todd came but still nothing happened. I called Wisenbaker and kept pushing for a solution.5) September 19, 2023 another area manager called Bryan came. Finally, I got some new cabinet doors but the new door's color does not match with my old door's color.6) February 28, 2024, Bryan came again and took one of my cabinet doors away and said that he would arrange new cabinet doors with the same color to be replaced. However, nothing happened. I called to find out that Bryan is no longer following my case and all his records were gone. Seriously!!!7) June 3, 2024, another area manager called Mason showed up in my house. He was rude. His attitude made me melted down and I was so angry. He asked me if I was sick. He also asked me if I can provide him a mask to avoiding any virus /bacteria spreading by me. Why did he not bring his own mask????? He is unbelievable. With six area managers and one technician visiting my house, Wisenbaker still does not solve my kitchen cabinet door issues. The whole process of dealing with Wisenbaker is ridiculous.

This is a horrible company with no ethics. If the home you're buying has Wisenbaker as their partner, I'd steer clear of the home. Want proof? Check their BBB rating before you buy. I've mentioned my story below.I bought a new home in 2022. Since before closing, my kitchen countertop had a hazy and a dirty look to it. I had paid extra for this countertop (close to $5k more). My builder assured me it would be fixed and I closed on the home. It's 2024 now and no one has replaced the countertop yet.Wisenbaker stooped low and blamed me for the damage, citing that I used something I shouldn't have on it! Luckily, the builders who built my home were there with me before I closed and could support me by letting them know the fault existed prior to me even using the kitchen. You would think this would be enough for them to right their wrongs. You would be wrong. They are now trying to find other excuses to not replace this countertop. It has been a very stressful year dealing with them and I would wish this on no one.You have been warned. This company has no moral ethics, no customer service and absolutely no intention to get quality to you.

Wisenbaker is tiers above the rest in customer service and support. Their products perform as advertise and exceed expectations. Mason Eddleton their field supervisor is very knowledgeable and makes any service call seem effortless. He has excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude which is reflective of Wisenbaker's commitment to customer service excellence.

If I could I would give them 0 stars! We got upgraded cabinets in our house and got such sloppy work done all around the house. Wish we just went with standard and got them replaced later on! It is the worst company to get your cabinets installed!!! If you have the option DO NOT GO WITH THEM. Even when they come back to fix things after closing all they do is patch work. They WILL NOT try to fix the issue instead they will just do patch work so the initial issue is still going to be there but you won’t be able to see it. Very very disappointed. We definitely did not get what we paid for.

They are terrible. They have terrible build quality and stall for months in fixing it. Then they no-show on the day they are supposed to fix their work.

Excuses and total incompetence.Wisenbaker was contracted by our builder… we closed in Dec of 2021 & since then have been trying to resolve warranty issues.Problem… IF they show up, they have the wrong supplies or not enough. For our trim… they came out 3 times. First time wrong color, second time not enough, third time when they finally did the work they replaced a piece by the slider that didn’t need to be replaced (literally the only piece) and the new piece split in the install. We’ve been no-call, no-showed 3 or 4 times… which took income out of our pocket because we were waiting on them. Once, recently, they did show and we did not hear them knock on the door. For our flooring… first time they came they didn’t have enough material. My wife asked them to replace a single plank away from the majority to show they did something, the worker put grey caulk to cover the blemish instead of replacing it. Next time, a guy saying he was their for trim, not the floor. No work completed. Then they showed but no one heard them knock… and then they no-called no-showed again yesterday.I’m irate. If I could swear in reviews I would be dropping f-bombs indiscriminately. Cannot wait to be done with these incompetent clowns. I cannot imagine how much money they have wasted as a business as a result.

Purchased a Taylor Morrison house in Georgetown, Wisenbaker were the vendors who did my cabinets and counters. Initial walk through we had scratches on the counters and dents on the doors. Along that we received cabinets with nails poking through random shelves. Yes there’s more, the molding that meets with the floor and cabinet was installed so poorly that it has been sticking up since we purchased the house in Feb. 2023.Appt was set today 5/15 and they are unable to locate our ticket, but an appt was made?? Warranty dept. seems to be very unorganized because we still haven’t had our issues addressed and it’s already May.

Wisenbaker is so disappointing.I bought a newly constructed house which has cabinets, countertops and tiles from Wisenbaker. The newly installed cabinets look like used one with scratches and cracks. They are not responsive. I tried to arrange them to come to check and fix the cabinets but they were silence for a long time. Finally, got a guy came but he seems like trying to push away the responsibilities of fixing them. Keep telling me the cracks are within acceptable range. The scratches can be fixed with just touch up, etc.

I have been dealing with flooring issues for the past year and have been led on for months. I was in warranty when the issue with my floors started and for almost a year this issue has dragged out. Now everyone is avoiding me. There is no trim on my floors which makes it look worse. The amount of stress this has caused effects me everyday..at this point I have no other option than to call the local new and reach out via social media bc be patient and understanding did not work

The Wisenbaker crew was phenomenal to work with. We had an additional bathroom added to our home and we are more than happy with the work they did installing the tiling and the cabinets. I would recommend Wisenbaker to anyone looking to build.

These guys are truly incredible. Redid my entire kitchen with them. Everything is in house and they have a lot of experience, which is nice. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their home!
