I was in the store store Saturday the male rang me up for too many items items I told him of the issues the next day and he and his dad said I got 7 bags of hair instead of the actual six bags they did not take accountability for the mistake because that's what they made a mistake so now I'm out of 8..45 give or take they stole from.me and tried to make me the criminal I will never step foot in wigs and beauty on pecan street as long as I'm on this side of Heaven

I normally go to this hair store. The female at the cash register who’s always rude every time I come her. I’m always in a good mood. And I listen how she talk to other people too, so you know . You get the vibe from people so the other lady help me out was very patient. Everything helped me out when I got to the cash register the black lady with the attitude, so they have everything yes, but the wig that I got yes it was cute but for the taxes they was charging wasn’t worth it so I went to my regular hair. I will never go back again because you don’t get a third time to be rude to me. And for the prices of them wigs is not worth it the wigs look bad for them to be human. I seen better wigs than that for them prices. Just my opinion

I’m from this area, and have been going to this business for the past 10 years or more. I came down to visit the area, and went to return some broken merchandise I bought yesterday with a receipt. The man working there (the manager 12/31/2023) was very disrespectful to my husband and I, and told us we couldn’t get an exchange or a refund. I WILL NOT be going back to wigs and beauty due to their racist behavior, and rudeness. I know many other hair stores that are less expensive with a higher quality of products. I was only going to wigs and beauty due to familiarity. I spent $250 there just this week, and still had to go to other stores to get products they did not have! DO BETTER WIGS AND BEAUTY!Update: Ordered the same product I was trying to exchange online, and it was much cheaper than at Wigs and Beauty Pflugerville! They up charge on everything, when in all honesty, we could be shopping elsewhere for a much better price! So happy I’ll never have to go there again now that I’ve found a new beauty supply place ?

I just went in there with my wife (12/31/2023) and the owner was very disrespectful. He has the right to not approve a refund, but he needs to watch his tone with his customers. My wife and I will never be going to wigs and beauty again! And she spends a lot of our money there. THEY HAVE LOST SEVERAL CUSTOMERS OUT OF US! WE WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD!

This place is ok...I just wish they have prices on things. I feel like they can change it to whatever they want to when they feel like it. That's not cool.
