Everyone here is super friendly and attentive. I bring my bunny Marvin here and it’s been the best care that he has received. They are very knowledgeable on rabbits and have helped me a lot since I’m a first time bunny parent. Will continue to take Marvin there.

I always have a great experience from the time I arrive and from the time I leave. Thank you to Dr. Schroeder and her team for providing exceptional care for my dogs Wally and Teddy. I'm very thankful to have Dr. Schroeder as our vet because she always provides and explains the POC thoroughly. Not only is she a great a doctor, but she's a great resource along with rest of the health care team.

A few years ago, we took our 2 cats here for an ear cleaning and since it was during Covid, it had to be a drop-off appointment. When we got the phone call that they were ready to be picked up, we were also informed that one of our cats was not calm enough to be treated, so they had to sedate him in order to look at him. We were NEVER asked for permission to do this. They said that while he was still a little sedated but starting to wake, he got scared again and fell from the top of the table, landing pretty hard on the floor. This worried me, but when we picked up the cats, they seemed okay albeit tired, so I figured everything would be okay.Over the following week, our cat that had fallen started to decline in health quickly. He was clearly uncomfortable, couldn't move much and kept hiding in strange places. He wouldn't let me touch his chest, which is supposedly what he landed on when he fell. Then, he stopped eating and drinking, so we took him back the following weekend - just one week after the first visit. After an x-ray and blood tests, they told us that they couldn't diagnose anything specifically, but they deduced that he had wet FIP and there was no cure. They commented on his yellowing fur, which I couldn't process at the time because he and his sibling both had cream in their coats. They also said they're really glad they didn't sedate him for these x-rays because it's very likely that he wouldn't have woken up in his condition. When I mentioned he had been sedated during the previous visit, they didn't have much to say to that except to comment on how he had bit a staff member, as if to brush off our concerns and justify their decision. We unfortunately had to euthanize our cat during the second visit because he was so weak from not having eaten or had water, and he just wasn't going to recover. During this visit, my husband and I were in shock and we both felt as if there was no compassion from the staff because of how the first visit went. There was no ownership for what had happened and I am still emotionally recovering from this visit.I really wish we would have received a phone call before the decision was made to sedate our cat during that first visit, because I wouldn't have agreed to it and would have chosen to come back when drop-off appointments weren't mandatory. I hope this kind of thing doesn't happen to anyone else.-----------------EDIT: No one has contacted me to discuss this yet. I am still grieving at the thought that the diagnosis was incorrect and I wrongly had to euthanize my cat because of the staff's judgement.

Our guinea pig was seen they were really good to her for her wellness check and got groomed but I wish her hair was clipped a little shorter because she is still having issues with knots underneath.

I’ve been here a few times for my buns ?. Staff is super friendly, doctors and aides very knowledgable and professional but there is always bit of a long wait & it all seemed a bit rushed… Good results though, my rabbit’s sneezes are under control! Far drive for me, but worth it for the expertise in exotics~
