Honestly this isn't for the garden center but the Walmart store itself, and if I could I wouldn't even give them a single star! I looked online for a product and they said same day pick up so I go to the store and it's not there not a single employee could even help me I had to flag someone down to ask them to call someone for the department I was needing help in. I got back on the website for their location saw what isle it was on and it was not there and no one ever came back to help me I waited almost 30 min!

What kind of store has employees standing outside the door entrance at 8:15 saying we are closed and not allowing people inside. Door hours of operation it 7 am to 8:30. Which means doors operate until 8:30 not 8:15. This is ridiculous. I could understand the employees doing this at 8:27 the earliest. The leadership at this store is not run very well and there empathy is not were it needs to be. Company like Amazon is the reason why most places are closing. Amazon has great service and is really quick on delivering and you never have to interact with a employee. Customer service goes a long way in supporting a life for a company to survive.

The store manger Deborah D. Is the rudest person I've ever come in contact with in my life. Horrible customer service.

I was so happy to receive great service from Otis Walker in electronics! I was checking the status of an online order via phone, and kept getting transferred from person to person. I ended up in the electronics dept and he made sure he took care of me personally. He left the dept to walk back to the pick up area and look for my order. When the status showed something unusual, he didn't even give me time to request he look into further- he automatically offered to dig in deeper and gave me the answers I needed. I know it's hard to give dedicated service to customers in big box stores, so I REALLY appreciate the extra time and attention! Thank you Otis!!

I usually pick my groceries up at Cedar Park Walmart on Walton Way, never have any issues impeccable service. I am going to my to make dinner at my sons new apartment I ordered everything I needed to pick up to make dinner for my sons. I check in then go there. Waited maybe 15 minutes the young boy that came out clearly didn't want to be there. He said we didnt have the package of meat that I ordered. I'm like wow ok well that defeats the purpose because that was the main course. The boy said "well we are out I dont know what to tell you" Do you want your groceries in the back seat?? Tossed my stuff in slammed my truck door and walked away...I bet I will never shop there again... It was my first and last..

Absolutely hate Walmart and every time I go in it reminds me why. If you go into this Walmart and they want to check every single item that's in your cart just walk out, as long as you have the receipt and if they run after you then you can sue them.

Dropped my vehicle off for 2 tires 2 be replaced on 5.18.19. Unfortunately this ordeal is continuing to haunt me. The Tech working on my vehicle lets me know he needs to show me something. I see my car door handle hanging off the side of my vehicle. He lets me know that he was sorry but that he had broken my handle off and it did not work.He said he couldn't & that the only way you can use the door is to reach in through the window. I've already had an issue with broken ins now you're suggesting leave my window open 24/7.Ultimately I needed to speak with his supervisor. He requested the Department Manager Jessica to come over in which she slowly made her way over to inspect the hanging handle. She asked the tech if it was broken before, in which his response was no. She then asked me and I confirmed the techs answer with another no. Jessica then proceeded to let me know that I could still get in just reach in through the window and that they weren't going to do anything about it. Before I could even blink, Jessica turns around ignoring me talking and walks off.The tech attempted getting her attention in which I let him know that I would find someone else to speak with.I unfortunately was checked out by Jessica. While at the register she said not a word. Confused, I looked at the payment screen in which my total was displayed and it was requesting payment. As shes printing everything out, I get ready to sign the Service Order she had given me a Copy of as I always have when using Walmart. Oddly enough, I didn't sign anything. Just dismissed by the her calling for the next customer. I leave the store and Immediately notice my vehicle shaking and making a loud thudding sound.I start to call Walmart to see if they noticed anything or if there was something else they broke.I get in contact with Jessica as she was the one who picked up the line.here is the dialogue. ME: "I just picked up the 2011 Nissan Rogue from get-- " Jessica (Very rudely, and Loudly) "yeah. I already talked to you." Me: "Excuse me? I'm actually calling in regards to anoth-" Jessica (again interrupting me "Yeah. I already talked to you, whats your problem?" I flipped unfortunately. Me: "Well if you would let me finish my F****** Sentence may-" she cut me off a 3rd time. She then proceeds to tell me "Hold on" puts me on speaker phone, and says "go ahead." At this i ld d l i h h l k f i h l i l dfi i l il f b i 5/21/2019 Report a Concern Form 3/4 point I couldn't deal with the lack of Customer Service none the less emotional and financial turmoil. After being put on speaker I said as quickly as I could the symptoms of my car after having it serviced at her store. She told me "Well what do you want me to do over the phone?" I hung up, Since then I've filed claims, after doing so today. I looked over the warranty and policy printed on their service order she provided at check out. Coincidentally I saw the comment { Disclaimer was signed for two tires installation, Driver side front door broke prior to service...} uhm, I thought me and your tech both confirmed this was not the case, and that he in fact broke it.I look at a signature in a box that reads disclaimer.Below it all it says Customer Signature. Well funny, I signed the gentlemen s device when I checked in but never again. After speaking with another associate of this department I was notified that the Service Order is created prior to work being done to the vehicle. That being said, if any damages were present at the time that I physically handed my key to the associate I would have been notified then, and it would have been agreed and noted on the order. So if your tech literally called me into the Bay to show me something that something being my broken front driver side door, why would that comment have made its way into the initial service order I agreed and signed noting no dama

I have been using the Walmart online shopping and drive up pickup in the last few months. I would like to say they are doing a great job in filling my order and having it ready for pick up in the time slot I had chosen. My husband tried to tip one of the girls who came out in the freezing rain to load up the groceries but she refused the tip,but I will continue to try and tip them because they work really hard to get those orders out. Make sure and check whether or not you want substitutions or not on your order. I shop mostly organic produce and they have most of what I want in stock, but I don't want substitutions of regular produce and Walmart has filled my orders accordingly. I have ordered printer ink, cough medicine, shampoo, etc, also in my orders,so you can buy other items other than food that can be added to your pickup.

This is Walmart , It looks like any other Walmart ...&&& I don't expect much but what I would like is some decent customer service I am so appalled how rude this employee was today she was older lady working at the self check out name Barbara as I waited in line , she literally tried to accuse someone of stealing , once the customer left she and another employee are literally talking out loud about , woman with strollers are always the one who steals . Anyways I needed assist and when she came over all she did was mumble her under her breath , dang I am sorry Ms Barbara isn't it your JOB to help customers ? dang I'm sorry you are having a bad day or maybe your just pissed off at the world , but whatever your issue or even with life in general she needs to set it aside , and do her job . If you don't like it find some where else to work . Nobody wants that negativity around them .
