Pflugerville Walmart is great. Walmart in Manor is so bad, I have started to pick up my orders in Pflugerville or Elgin. Also while we're at it, the The Whataburger in Manor is also bad. Manor Walmart is always out of stock, and the produce there is second rate, maybe third. Pflugerville Walmart does great

The customer service for returns is absolute trash here. Lots of attitude and lack of resolving issues. You are better off purchasing items from Amazon where the return policy are no frills. We hold Walmart+ membership and asked for a product return pickup. Pickup drivers never showed up. And when we came to return the product within the return window, they refused to reimburse since it didn’t have the original packaging even though it was packed and a receipt was provided. Absolutely horrible service from Walmart. You would never have this issue with Amazon returns.

The Customer Service always been very decent, from the 2 youngest guys , Bruce and the Older Lady very nice and patient, except this morning first time seeing this Relatively Young lady with an attitude that has nothing to do with CS I bought some scratch off at the vending machine and I always cash them out at Customer services center, I know the checking machine inside the customer service center is a pain in the A$$, but they know it and they try several times patiently to show the winnings on the ticket and start the cash out process. This morning the “Lady’ has zero desire to be at work did not even gave a second and just turned at me saying I cannot cash you out! Well give it a try ,have some patience and nice attitude won’t hurt! It’s your freaking job that you’re paid for! In the customer service the bad attitudes affects the whole store and business! Disgusting

I tried coming here twice for some edamame plants and their garden Center is shut by 6:30 I don’t understand what is going on other Walmart garden Centers are open till 11:00 pm and this is the only place that sells beans and edamame
