Asked them to call to have a prescription transferred. I was told Walgreens is not allowed to call and request a transfer. They said other pharmacy must call them & give them the prescription information. So I called a different Walgreens & that Walgreens had no problem calling to request the transfer & filled the prescription! So I guess we can assume they did not want to be bothered & or not concerned about customer service.?♀️

I have herniated disc and Walgreens had me wait 4 hours for my prescription and I never received confirmation that my medication was ready so I called and took 12 minutes for someone to pick up and tell me to just head tell and be there before 8. I cannot move quickly as I am injured. And they refused to give me my medication. I will have another sleepless night in pain thanks to Walgreens. Never again filling my prescription here!!!

Pharmacy nose ring Rumor, and another technician were at the window when I walked up - the only customer. No greeting, no we'll be with you in a moment. And the prescription was incorrect resulting in an additional wait.

Called the pharmacy this morning to refill a prescription. I had to hold until someone picked up. One man with an accent picked up, asked if I could hold and didn’t wait for me to respond and placed me immediately back on hold. I held again. A lady with an accent picked up my holding call yet again, asked if I could hold and without waiting on a response from me, placed me back on hold. Pure rudeness. Why even ask if I can hold if you’re not going to allow me to respond!?! The lack of common courtesy and service is mind boggling.

The guy with the Mohawk was so rude and useless, i asked him a simple question and he could barely answer and when he did he had an attitude, I also asked him for a charger to print something and he literally threw it at me I was left in shock. I have never met a worker so rude and disrespectful like that before

I was told my medication would be filled by 4pm. I am writing this as I’m standing in line FOR THE 4TH TIME at 4:52pm. I could forgive this inconvenience if the pharmacy manager didn’t have such a terrible attitude. You realize your job is to assist those who are, literally, sick…right? Slim pickings, I suppose.

My wife had an 11:15 vaccine appointment today but received a phone call that her dose wouldn’t be available until later today. They asked her to come in between three and seven instead. She arrived at four and had to wait an hour as if she was a walk-in. Terrible service.

I think their goal is to never answer the phone and keep you on hold for so long that they don’t actually have to do their jobs. What a joke.

The worst pharmacy!!!! I literally waited with a crying baby in the car for 30 minutes in DRIVE THRU and then another 10 minutes waiting for the antibiotic to be mixed. Insane.

Why don't you say you can't answer anything over the phone ever because we are super busy instead of keeping people on hold perpetually. She says she will be with me shortly after a long wait and then I wait forever again. This is a game that they play which makes no sense. Speak up crazies so we know what goes on in your world and would rather show up in person. They keep on typing for whatever reason but the output dosen't show. Is it some kinda social media chat?
