Easy peezy to make an online same day appointment for my Influenza and Covid vaccines. They are very busy at times so be prepared for a line. I was fortunate and was seen quickly.

Very friendly and great customer service. I was able to transfer my VIAGRA prescription here when I was in a pinch. Now I don't have to worry about getting soft when I'm with my girlfriend. Thank you, this Walgreens pharmacy!

So I bring my 4 year old in for her first Covid vax. They make an anxious 4 year old wait 25 minutes past her appointment time, then when it’s time for her shot the pharmacist gets noticeably impatient when she’s scared and throwing a fit. Very disappointing service to say the least. Had to really restrain myself from losing my cool and escalating the situation.

The two individuals working on 03/09/2022 had the doors locked when I showed up at 10:56pm and they were at the front just talking inside . Mind you the store wasn't supposed to close till 11pm

Shopping experience was terrible. I looked up a product online before going, but once I got there, the in-store price was much higher than the online price. They would not match the online price, even though it was the listed price for pick up at that store. I had to order it via my phone, then wait for them to receive the online order, then wait for the manager to "see" the online order (he was stocking shelves, I asked him to check and sure enough it was there), then wait for the manager to tell the clerk to process the order using the package I had handed to them, all of which added up to about 15m of waiting. Sheesh!

I shot the virus but I did not shoot the deputy... Yep got the first of my covid shots! I got on line and made my appointment. Walgreens makes it easy! Came 15 mins before my scheduled time and already had my papers filled out. Walgreens checked my ID and then took me to a small room where I got my first shot! I am on my way back to being able to rejoin the world. I am making it safer for people that I will come in contact with. The shot isn't just for me... it is for everyone that I will meet. I feel freer already... less stressed... and truly glad that this period in the works is coming to an end.

After years and years of being a loyal customer of Walgreens the staff at this pharmacy has lost my business and I will never spend another dollar at any Walgreens. My doctor prescribed me a pain medicine that is not very common. I was having a procedure on Wednesday 8/14 and was anticipating a refill. The day before my procedure I went in to the pharmacy and told them this. The young lady named "Rumor" said they would order the medicine so I could get it once my doctor wrote the prescription. On Thursday 8/15 I went to the pharmacy and asked about my medicine. They said it was on order and should be there Friday 8/16.... *heavy sigh* I asked Rumor if I could get a partial fill because I am now out of medicine and am in tons of pain. She looked at the lead pharmacist and asked, the lead pharmacist said no they can't give me a partial because it's a controlled substance. *They lied to me.* Yes my medicine is a controlled substance but the class that it's in is able to be partial filled. This is where my trust and confidence was lost. I don't appreciate being lied to in the guise of the law. News flash: pharmaceutical law is public knowledge and it's easy to look up. Fast forward to Friday. It's noon. I called and asked when my meds would be there. The lady told me that it was backordered! I almost reached through my phone. Had I known that Wednesday or Thursday I would have simply called my doctor and had it transferred to another pharmacy. The transfer process is not easy with my doctor because of the class of medicine. Even still, it's not my doctor's fault that I was in this position. Other pharmacy's had my meds on hand yet I'm 48 hours post procedure in tons of pain and nothing to take because the pharmacy team is incompetent and dishonest. I will be filing a formal complaint with Walgreens corporate as well as the state board of Pharmacy due to their dishonesty.

Years of loyal patronage from me but this company has gone downhill since Fall 2018. The worst customer service. Overpriced products, overpriced prescriptions causing top tier charges with insurance. Filthy. I haven't been in a Walgreens lately that doesn't reek and is usually visibly dirty as well. The pro is that they are conveniently located. But that's not enough of a convenience for me to give them anymore business.

I've been a walgreen shopper for many years. This Walgreens ripped me off. Bought a prepaid phone and card. Didn't work, went back to return in a few hours later and the rude manager mike explained how I was out of luck. I need to read the fine print on the wall, no returns of cards or phones. Do not buy phones, prepaid cards or any gift cards from Walgreens. If they don't work, you have no recourse! I'll call the regional manager and dispute the scam charges with my credit card. Really can't believe they sell cards that don't work and really don't care.

Friendly people working here. One typical summer day in Austin when the temperature was close to 100 degrees, while in the Drive-Thru getting my prescription, the pharmacist offered me a cold bottle water while I waited. Over and above a kind gesture.
