Jenna is the absolutely most worst check out employee I have ever encountered in any Store/pharmacy…!! As I’m walking to the register, I can tell Jenna is rolling her eyes and has the look on her face like she is miserable. As I’m checking out, I got the impression That she is prejudiced/racist or hates her job….. Maybe both!!!! Before coming and writing this review I spoke about this with my husband and he too had the same encounter with a young lady very skinny with red hair was also rude to him on a separate occasion. Wooow so not only was (Jenna) rude to me. She “Jenna” was also rude to my husband, big no no young lady. I’ll just pray for you.

Pharmacist is horrible. They don’t care about patients and love to threaten to call the cops around for waiting in line. Told me meds would take 1 hour i gave them 3 hours and still nothing. Not to mention they messed up my scripts and out the wrong meds in bottle, which caused husband and to have a reaction. We have photos to prove it, phone calls to prove it, and history behind the med they mistakenly gave us which we never had in our life before

SO slow and they hardly ever answer the phone & if they do you are placed on hold, yet again. I have never been there when I didn't have to wait at the very least 15 -20 minutes for anything -Whether it be a prescription or simply to ask a question. The worst part about it is they never offer an apology or even show an ounce of remorse. My prescriptions are always placed on some type of hold even though I have been going there for 10+ years, same meds and same insurance. I understand they are busy but at least show some compunction or even a smile and a "how are you today" would be appreciated. I had a prescription transferred to another walgreens (which they did not have the decency to inform me of !) the lady on the phone in the pharmacy agreed with my opinion of this location!

There is this young lady working at the counter Jenna. I guess was in totally bad mood and probably having worst day of her life. While I was checking out to pay, shedid not even bothered to say a word, smile or make a single eye contact.The worst part was she didn't even hand me the receipt and as she prefers to leave the receipt at the counter.She's a really sad person, hope she find happiness.

They are so so busy with this area growing so quickly. I think they did a great job handling my prescription refill and my requested vaccinations. You have to plan ahead and remember they all need a lunch break too.

I was looking for Citrate Magnesium, as I am having blockage issues. This item has apparently been pulled off shelves everywhere. Understood. I stand in line at pharmacy, there's one customer in front of me. There's a technician working the window and a technician in the back filling prescription. Walking around is the pharmacist, he addresses the 1st customer.."Hey Mr. Wong." After they talk, the customer comes back to his place in line and I'm just standing there. Instead of addressing me, Phil, the pharmacist tried to find other tasks to complete...seeing the other 2 technicians were busy. I waiting for about 5 min..All the while the 2 technicians never leave their work area, I'm watching Phil walk around doing everything but acknowledge me. I walked up to the consultation window and said, "excuse me sir," which was ignored for about 10 seconds when Phil the pharmacist looks up and says "yes?" And followed with "do you have a question?" I'm just wondering is this normal business etiquette in a pharmacy? I KNOW FOR A FACT ITS NOT BECAUSE I HAVE WORKED IN A PHARMACY FOR WALGREENS!! I was never asked why I was looking for this item, What I was trying to treat, nor was I given an alternative medication option. I asked more than once what would be the most similar product and he kept telling me Walgreens didn't have any similar products to Citrate magnesium! Not even a best selling laxative. Truly disgusted with how Phil interacted with me. I came into Walgreens because I didn't feel well!! I almost bought another item but decided not to spend my money here.

They are so ridiculously SLOW. Going through the drive thru takes forever. Today I was sixth in line, and it took 45 minutes just to get to the window. Going into the store is just as long, only you're standing the whole time. And the wait time is like that every. single. time.

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST! After rushing to the pharmacy and arriving at 8:01pm they REFUSED to give me a very important medication for my 5 year old son. Only because “they close at 8.” They asked for name and DOB and confirmed they had it but stated “you need to go to a different location because we’re closed at 8pm.” They were extremely rude and had no ounce of compassion. It was really sad. I went to the location on pecan st and they were so nice and empathetic. Filled the rx right away.

I went through the drive-thru 40 minutes before closing. An employee put an orange cone behind my car. When I finally got up to the window, the pharmacy tech rudely informed me that they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I am voting with my feet today and finding a different pharmacy!

We had an appointment for a non-COVID vaccine and we arrived a few minutes late. But the entire process took about 40 minutes, which seemed like way too long. We could’ve filled out paperwork online ahead of time to expedite the process. There was also a couple of employees acting very lethargic and just moving/looking like they didn’t want to work at all.

Worst pharmacy ever. I've tried to be patient with them thinking busy days and what not but everytime for the last 6 months it's literally 45 minutes waiting. They miss calls to tell me my prescription is ready only to have a unprofessional person call and leave a voice-mail saying I need to pick them up soon or I will need to visit my doctor again. It may be worth going to a further pharmacy from my house.

If i could do 0 i would, you wait in like for 20-30 minutes every time at the pharmacy drive thru (2,3,4 cars, doesn't matter) and then once you get to the window, you wait for another 5 for someone to come help you. This has not only happened once, but about 4 times now. I will be changing my pharmacy after this.

Literally the WORST pharmacy I've ever used. Constantly have issues with them. So annoying! And the drive thru takes FOREVER! Switch now and do yourself a favor.
