Walked in to buy a new phone and switch over to them from a different company. I stood in line for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Granted, they were busy, but at least recognize a customer's presence guys. They lost a customer!

The experience I had today is the worst experience I have had while TRYING to get a new phone and move to my own plan. People were unhelpful and just told me to call customer service, I spent almost 2 hours in the building and hardly interacted with any of the people. This store has always sucked, glad to see it hasn’t changed at all.

Avoid purchasing a screen protector alongside your phone. The sales guy at Verizon claimed there would be a lifetime warranty and a simple in-store replacement process. However, a few months later, when I visited the store as instructed, I was informed that I had to go through another company online for the replacement. This online company makes the process incredibly difficult, making it almost impossible to replace the expensive screen protector. In my opinion, the store's salespeople should provide clear information about this process beforehand to ensure customers are aware before spending an extra $50 on the screen protector.

The customer service is sub-par but will do anything not to help you with your version account. Send you away without needed info making sure you have to make more trips than nessary

We needed new phones, and we dreaded it. Getting new phones is equivalent to car shopping for me...way too long, and lots of paperwork. We were fed up with AT&T, their service was hideous at our house. Whenever we were without power (no modem/Wi-Fi) we were essentially cut off from the world. From our house, we could not call, text, or search the web. This was especially fun when we were trapped for a week with snowmageddon. I reluctantly agreed to go with my husband, expecting an evening of trying to block up-sells from the salesmen, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Brenden helped us and we could not be more pleased with his service. Yes, we were in there for 90 minutes, but he did everything for us setting up our three new phones. We received an excellent deal, and we were so thrilled when we returned home (after we went for margaritas to celebrate our hard work ) to have four bars at our house.

If you don’t want to be bothered by people calling you all day, then Verizon is the service to go with. Motto should be, no bars when you need it

Employee at this location are very friendly and helpful always I visit this place but version is the worst network I don’t get signal most places never use it again I canceled my service today

Avoid this store at all costs if you can. I placed an order online to be picked up at this location. I was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 mins, 2 hours later and did not hear from the Pflugerville store. I checked my order online and the order had been cancelled by the Pflugerville Verizon store for no reason; no notice was given, no text, no email to inform us they cancelled my order. I called and they took it upon themselves to cancel it. I had to place the order online, again, the store manager told me it would be ready soon, been waiting for 2 hours for them to confirm my order is ready and nothing. This is NOT a busy. So either the manager was upset I called Verizon to complain about the cancellation and lack of communication from the Pflugerville store, or they don't care about customer service. I just got tired of waiting and lack of customer service and just cancelled the order. AVOID THE PFLUGERVILLE VERIZON STORE.

Was taken care of promptly, and staff were able to work with me on finding a phone that fit my needs, since mine aren't the same as what's popular and trending (SD cards, not clouds, sorry!) Was even able to have a very positive back and forth with the staff member I was working with the most they this on the Android advocate (me) and the iPhone advocate (him). Usually it can be quite the clash, but we actually ended up almost more positive than simply "mature" or level/indifferent.
