We have been super impressed by Venus! We have had to have a bunch of our Alma laser hand pieces repaired in the past year. Geoffrey is who I have delt with the most and he is wonderful! Super responsive to my emails and they repaired all of our equipment really fast! We will continue to use them for all of our repair needs and I will always recommend them to anyone I know! Y'all are the best!

It is ridiculous! Worst service ever. They took our laser hair removal for maintenance over charged brought it back and it broke the next day and now they do not answer their phone!!!!

HANDS DOWN! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I believe in giving credit when credit is due. Geoffrey Loveless was amazing. He responded to my emails right away. I overnighted my handpiece Tuesday. We were having 064 error while starting our cynosure ICON platform. We contacted Geoffrey the owner of Venus . They asked me $2500 to reburbish the power supply which was supposed to be defective. We send them the power supply and instead of repairing the power supply Geoffrey told us that the power supply can not repaired as they have tested and evaluated it. He suggested me buy another power supply which he can help me locate. He located me a power supply and asked me $4950.00 plus fedex charges towards replacement with another refurbished power supply . I paid Venus the amount and they made arrangements to send me a power supply from Parts4laser in New Jersey. When I installed the new refurbished power supply in my ICON , the machine still gave me same error 064. To my surprise when I digged into this conspiracy to rob me, I found that my power supply was 100% good and this while Geoffrey and Venus didn’t even tested my power supply. You can not trust this organization. They make up stories to rob you in day light, taking advantage of your situation. Will never recommend any one to go to them.

I used Venus Medical Solutions for my Sciton BBL Handpiece. I was referred and admit they exceeded my expectations. The staff was very good with updates during my service, my technician was always friendly and knowledgeable when I bugged him with questions. I was getting backed up with clients, thought I would be down due to the service, but Venous finished and returned my machine quickly and its working perfectly! Highly recommend!!
