The staff is most helpful and courteous. They welcome you upon entering and inform you as they proceed with the shipping process. Mike was extremely personable and I enjoyed his chatting with me. He is a great asset to this store.

Title: Extremely Disrespectful and Unhelpful Service
I recently had a very distressing experience at this UPS store with my 78-year-old mother. She went in to return two Amazon packages, which we had paid extra to have boxed by UPS. Instead of assisting her, the staff told her to leave and insisted it wasn’t their job to figure out the merchandise. They refused to open the small boxes and check the UPC code for the description.
Interestingly, she went to another UPS store where they scanned the codes and accepted the items within minutes. It was clear that the man at the first store was new and inexperienced. My mother is very patient and would have waited if he needed time, but he treated her so disrespectfully that she had to leave.
When I called the store to address the issue, the woman who answered, presumably the man’s wife, yelled at me and claimed my mother was wrong, showing no concern for our experience. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially towards elderly customers.
People who behave this way should not be in customer service. I have already contacted UPS headquarters to report this incident, as I believe they wouldn’t want individuals like this tarnishing their reputation.
I strongly urge others to avoid this UPS store. They do not deserve your business if they treat customers, especially elderly ones, with such disrespect and disregard.

Stopped by to get a few invitations cut after printing them at home. They informed me they could cut them but didn’t know how much it would cost. The associate then called her manager to ask her how much it would cost and proceeded to try to charge us $1 for EACH invitation, totaling $34. To cut. Invitations. Other places stack up the paper and charge max $2 per cut. Ridiculously overpriced.
Highly disappointed in this location for essentially telling us they didn’t want our business.
EDIT: I wouldn't call the $34 you were trying to charge me "unexpected costs." More like you're ripping me off and you know it. I've had numerous experiences with print shops charging a lot less for a lot more. My advice is to remove any print related services from your offerings.
Also, it would've been nice to receive a genuine response, not the same one you've been giving other people who have complained about your ridiculous print pricing.

I come to this particular store and will forever do so because of Davina. She's so attentive and caring to make sure things get to their destination, paperwork is handled properly, and they have a high standard of care and quality. It's not something I've seen before and I've used quite a few of these locations. Highly recommend!
