Today I received a beautiful color and amazing cut from Heather. She always does an amazing job! While my color processed, a woman brought her young daughter for a haircut and Heather was helping them.Despite the mom being rude and getting loud, Heather remained professional and asked if she would prefer a different stylist. Luckily for everyone else the mom agreed. I’m not going to say what all I overheard, but this customer was out of line. She was also standing right next to Heather as she attempted to start the haircut. One accidental bump and the child, or Heather, could have been injured. It seems obvious that you shouldn’t hover over a person with sharp objects pointed at your kids head, but I guess not everyone sees it that way.I hope Ulta appreciates Heather as much myself and my mother do! We are always pleased with the service we receive.

I got a much needed hair cut and balayage, and was satisfied with the price of services. I got a full balayage, haircut, and olaplex treatment. Kemper did a great job. My hair looks and feels so much healthier, and I have a toner touch up booked for March.

Horrible customer service service. They were rude and unwilling to help show us where products were located and either didn’t know anything about products or were just unwilling to share. Entire store needs an overhaul.

I booked a Multi-Tone Hair Color appointment online at Ulta. Got there and the MASTER COLORIST I booked with told me that she cannot do it in 2hrs. She said that she can do 1 color ONLY. I booked childcare and everything to come here for her to tell me she can't do it. If you Google Multi-Tone Hair Color that's what I asked for. Disappointed ?

This location isn’t my usual place and this evening’s trip reminded me why. Customer service was nonexistent. No one greeted us when we arrived, even though the cashiers looked straight at us. We saw staffers walking around but no one asked if we needed anything. Again, eye contact, but no interaction or interest in us. While I was looking in an aisle near the front, the cashiers greeted the other customers. And I noticed the Juvia’s Place area was a mess, but the other brands were all neat and orderly. Interesting. We only talked with / heard from someone at the end when we were getting in line. The cashier was friendly though. The Gateway and RR locations are now my only go-to’s, permanently.

This site does not allow you enough word count to accurately describe experience but suffice it to say that the manager Stacy provided me two options 1) leave my son outside waiting at a lesson in the dark after an outrageous line had formed or 2) leave the product I had just purchased without any compensation. I will try to post the full story on Yelp or another site. Bottom line - callous treatment, zero lack of problem solving and Ulta has money for a product I was not allowed to leave with. Even some of the customers with decency and humanity offered to help.

The customer service here was so bad. One of the workers here made me and my sisters extremely uncomfortable. When we first got to the store a few workers came up to us asking if we needed help. They were very respectful, and we proceeded to tell them we did not need help with anything and thanked them. However, this older worker asked us if we needed help one time, and we said no. Then she asked again a few minutes later and we said no again. We did not need help or assistance with anything. She kept following us and when we were looking at an item, she came up to us again and said “Alright ladies, what are we looking for?” We noticed that she had an attitude and at this point we were very uncomfortable because she had been watching us since we got there. No one else was being treated this way. It was only us. After this, me and my sisters were kind of upset by how she was talking to us as if we were doing something wrong. We ended up checking out after this. We didn’t even leave satisfied since we still needed to get a few more things, but this employee made us feel as if we didn’t belong there. I didn’t catch her name but she was an older white female. I would never wish any shopper to feel like this when they are just trying to shop in their favorite store. Me and my sisters left deciding we would never be back to this store because of this one employee that ruined our day.

This is a cosmetic and beauty store which means that they should know about the products in the store, right? Not the case for this location. They didn't know what hair products to recommend and didn't know about the eye creams except for the most expensive ones. Luckily, there was one employee who was able to cost effectively recommend what an eye cream for my needs. 1 out of 3 is not what I consider acceptable.
