Experience with staff was good. However the day I went, they lacked cleaning stations and a lot of try samples ruined and not cleaned or replaced. Maybe it was an off day, willing to go again sometime.

My first shopping experience is very pleasant! I discovered my favorite lipsticks ? It was hard to leave the store, because there are a lot of interesting products, + for my birthday, they made a small gift from the store☺️. I want to come back again and again ??

They ruined my hair 4 months before my wedding. A simple hair color that turned into a nightmare. My hair was long and to my waist. 6 years growing it out and now it’s up to my shoulders with lots of damage even after the multiple trims. I really considered not writing this but after still dealing with my fried hair now 3 months before my wedding basically has me in tears. They did try to color correct it and it did get better, but then it just damaged my hair more and the messed up colors are starting to come out again.
My hair is so damaged!! I can’t run my fingers through my hair or even wear my hair down anymore. I added pics of my hair before, what they turned it into, and what I asked for.
I should have just asked for a refund and money back for a very generous tip that was NOT deserved( I should have allowed the stylist to finish drying my hair, but I had already been there 7 hours. I would have noticed the mess of my hair that was done!) Almost 12 hours (3 visits) of my time spent. I’ve also had to spend more money on different hair products in attempts to make my hair manageable.
4/26/24 I reached out to ULTA as they asked and the response is that they do not have access to my review. How do they not have access to my review when they can easily just pull it up on Yelp or Google by doing a simple search. Why ask me to reach out if they do not have a solution for me. This made the situation worse. See the conversation as I took screenshots. I will continue to update if anything comes from them asking me to reach out.

I was not asked by a single employee if I needed help. Lady that was wearing Lancôme attire was very helpful with giving me foundation recommendations when I asked for her advice. However, when I had one selected I wanted to be color matched for- I couldn’t find a single employee to help me that seemed willing to help. Multiple employees on their phones, and I didn’t want be to “that” person and annoy them by interrupting or flagging them down. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. They have a great product selection, just lacks good customer service.

Nice store to shop a lot of chooses good quality products.Very helpful personal inside the store helping customers trying new products and finding right products! Please do not have the same expectation when at the cash out, DG has better cashiers. I had some Gifts card to use for my purchases like $65 and the rest I was going to pay it with CC, the cashier started giving some nasty attitude and keep moving back and forth impatiently making facial expressions to her Coworker with some type of Diva attitude that even Beyoncé or Cardi B will be embarrassed! Hiring people with no criteria, experience or qualifications it’s just a loss!
