This location chooses not to carry Khiel's, despite being the top search result for Khiel's products.
Edited: removed another star because of the unsatisfactory and pedantic response from the owner. I did, in fact, speak to a Beauty Advisor, and that is how I know this store doesn't carry Khiel's. I don't want assistance finding a different product, I know exactly what I want, and it's Khiel's.

Customer service is horrendous when you have issues with your Ulta rewards and/or Ulta.com account. Somehow my account had the email changed to a random, non-existent email and it’s been over 3 months with no resolution. All they say is “we’re sending this to our escalation team” and then it goes to a black hole. Tried getting assistance at the store directly and manager isn’t able to assist so was routed back to Ulta chat/call in number and the cycle restarts all over.

Royce was super sweet and helpful in the perfume department this afternoon. He was very knowledgeable in helping my fiance and I pick out some lovely scents!

My girls had a great time shopping at Ulta today however I was distraught by the older woman associate yelling at the other associates near checkout. The cashiers looked terribly uncomfortable I felt bad for these girls. Doesn’t seem like a good working environment.

I can’t say enough great things about this location, the team and Master Stylist Oscar at the Salon who is just truly exceptional—his attention to detail, skill, and ability to bring my vision (via lengthy explanation) to life is unmatched. Every haircut I’ve received has been just what I asked for, and I always leave feeling happy and confident in my new haircut.
Beyond Oscar’s expertise, the entire team at the store is fantastic.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service and an all-around great shopping experience!

I absolutely adore Marshall at this salon. The last person I went to did me so dirty so I was incredibly nervous about going back to get my hair done. I’ve now been going to him for over a year and I leave confident and happy with it, every single time without fail. He also provides me with good hair care routine tips and makes fun conversation if that’s your thing. He’s got a calm personality and it’s a good experience overall! This was my most recent hair do.
