I've been to the Pflugerville location few times and everytime been treated horrible by the young lady working at 5he location I've been descrimanet been humiliated and even been lied to my last incident was last week I bought a generator that had no price on it when I inquired they said 650 at that time I told them 650 it's too much that generator it's 650 new in store then they said 600 I took 8t simply because we had an emergency and couldn't get one when I got home I realized they had it fircsale online in offerup for 400 the add was from topcash pawn I went back to the store and they ignored me can I get a manager to help me 7725015423Andres Arca

Came in twice and was helped immediately and given the best deal on the items i was pawning. They really work with you and assist with making the best option. All employees were very attentive, respectful and considerate. Al is the store manager who helped us the first time and was very efficient. Justin, Alexis and Ian also are very experienced and strive to meet the customers expectations. Clean environment and organized shelving.

Recently went in to get a pawn loan on my tablet & dell display dock because my paycheck was delayed. I went into the store and was greeted by a female employee asking what she could help with. I told her I wanted to see how much I could get for my items. She asked if the tablet has been there before. I informed her no it has not but it was purchased at a different Top Cash several months ago. After this, she had a male employee join and take over the conversation. The male employee asked me what it was, the female answered for me saying it was a computer/laptop. He said, oh this is a chrome book. I showed them that the keyboard was detachable and an accessory as part of the case, it wasn't a laptop, it's a tablet. The female employee then stated oh we already have one of those here, before even knowing what kind of tablet it was and seconds before, thinking it was a laptop. Before the male employee looked up the value he asked what the other item I had was. I explained what it was and that you can even use it with a tablet or phone that has USB-C to connect a mouse, keyboard and external display. He immediately said "that, no, we don't do that." He then asked if I had the charger for my tablet. I told him I did not bring it with me. He said without the charger, he could not do anything. Which I find odd since as stated, I bought it from a different Top Cash and it did not have the charger included, the employee dug through a box of cables and plugs and found a pair and said here, this should work. I then told him I can go get the charger, how much can I get from it if i bring it back with the charger? He said it's a "Galaxy Tab S6lite... you're looking at $50." First. It is not the lite version, he didn't even check the internal storage size, model number or serial number. It is the 256gb version with the keyboard case accessory. This tablet is still for sale in various places online with prices varying from $500-$729 and the case at an additional cost, he offered me $50. The display dock I brought in, selling online from $200-$300, no offer extended. From the moment I came in, it seemed like they wanted to tell me anything they could to get me to leave without having to process a transaction. If you are going to have employees quoting values on electronic devices, I'd suggest you make sure they at least have a basic understanding and working knowledge of current products offered on the market. This could be happening in reverse and higher-end items are going cheaper than they should. Also, they need a thorough course on customer service and how a positive (or negative) customer experience can impact the reputation and credibility of a business.TLDR; Seemingly under-educated staff extend extremely low offer and created an environment one would consider hostile & unwelcoming.
