Update: (attaching photos)This is what the pool looks like most of the time during the weekends after they trash it at night. Cigarette butts everywhere empty beer and liquor bottles. I wouldn’t want to swim in the pool, it’s gross. People party and blast music until 2am even if the pool is only open until 10pm. I promise you’ll regret renting here.
“Luxury” apartments. I wish.
It’s been very unpleasant and stressful living here to say the least. I brought a couple of people here on several occasions that were looking at apartments and were all disappointed after looking around and observing. My experience is quite a contrast to what they show during a tour.
-Complaints don’t get addressed. “Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about that.”
- DIRTY and unhygienic. The tour looks clean though.
- a lot of LOUD and DISRUPTIVE residents that don’t follow community guidelines. Management keeps sending reminders and guidelines but don’t implement them?
- poor sound isolation in the apartment units you can literally hear your neighbor’s footsteps, washer/dryer.
Moving out of here. Went to visit a friend that ended up at the Tech Junction over at Dessau, now that place was well managed and great.

After visiting about 15 different complexes, I chose The Parker Austin as the place where I planned to spend a long stay. The Leasing people were very friendly, especially Karla and Kristine. They showed me the model apartments, very nice... what's not to like? I knew what I was getting myself into since day 1 when I received the apartment for which I applied, which was truly crazy that day when the apartment was not dirty, but filthy, uninhabitable for me, which must have been a very busy day. joy turned into a bitter day... where after seeing about 10 units, one worse than the other, Kristine around 5:00 pm Kristine was able to find me a suitable unit to move into... and that's where it all started... despite it being a new complex, I observe the deficiency in its administration, the maintenance does not work, since I arrived a month and a half ago, on day 3 I reported that the washing machine was damaged... and to this day I am still waiting for them to fix it or change it, I made the payment of my rent and deposit and it does not appear. I have had to invest hours of my work that they do not pay me to solve... I have requested the garbage container and nothing arrives... something I must highlight is the kindness and desire to help resolve Karla, I don't know how many times I have sat down with her, how many times she has printed the orders and sent the email, how many times we have spoken with the administration, and the answer is we are working on it, and we are still unresolved. nothing... emotionally this situation is already affecting me, it is very stressful because I even received an eviction letter, doing everything correctly, where the error is administrative, and although they say not to worry because that is generated by the automated system, imagine what That means emotionally when you have done everything right and what they have asked of you step by step, from thinking it was the best place to live it became my worst nightmare, unfortunately.
Thank you Karla for all your support in communicating all of this, for being there to serve as my translator, for always going a little further to help you, I know that there are things that are out of your reach, I appreciate your effort in helping me solve .

La srita Karla es muy amable y tiene mucha paciencia con las personas, es empatica con los problemas de los demás, es la única que habla español y nosotros, todos los latinos estamos muy agradecídos con su atención, espero que siga trabajando aquí siempre en las oficinas. We had to leave due to it being uninhabitable from MOLD that was making me and my son sick. The ceiling was leaking when it rained through a light fixture and after multiple times the drywall became moldy and they refused to replace it. I requested to transfer units but the one they tried to move me into had visible mold. The maintenance guy told me construction was rushed on the complex. When we moved in all the pipes connected to the sink weren’t put together and they all leaked. One of the bathrooms pipes never was fixed properly by the teenage maintenance guy which he straight up refused to do it so we just never used that sink. Did I mention the rats? You could hear them at night and see dead ones in the breezeway. The complex is littered with trash, dogs off leash, dog poop. The office staff has zero experience and it showed. I could go on and on. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have all the correspondence between us saved regarding the leak and maintenance requests as well as mold. I documented EVERYTHING. Be prepared to hear from an attorney.

I love the complex, the apartment is like a real mini house, the manager Karla's attention was excellent, she helped us everything she could to find the apartment we wanted and the plus is that she is the only one who speaks Spanish

I had a very disappointing experience with the Parker Apartments regarding my security deposit. Despite maintaining my carpet well and ensuring it was stain-free, they claimed it required shampooing and withheld a large portion of deposit. I took the time to email and meet with them in person, but they never provided a proper explanation or any proof of their claims. It's clear they just want to keep the deposit no matter what.

I moved to this condo in January of this year along with my wife and young son. When signing the contract they promised us several welcome bonuses, including free months and a gift card. These bonuses have been nothing more than lies, deception and problems. The management by the administrators and the general management is horrible. Even today, after 6 months, I do not have the bonuses that were promised when signing the contract and I have complained many times and the general manager tells me that he has not been able to manage the card. as a gift and when I go next time he tells me that he doesn't remember that I had complained to him before. Nothing totally crazy and it seems to me that someone should put an end to this or some institution should regulate this lack of respect.

Attention!!!! Do not come to live here, I do not recommend this place to anyone!! When we moved in they promised us a 1000 dollar gift card and we haven't received anything!! We went to the office and the manager told me to be patient as it would arrive soon. We returned a second time because time was passing without news about the gift card and again the same person assured us that we would soon have the gift card. On June 24, after a month without any news and tired of this situation, I returned to the office and surprise !!!! this person(Garret) told me that the gift card did not appear in my contract and that he did not remember me. He also forget about my previous visits. OMG!!! Why he didn't tell me this since my first visit??? Why did he promise us that the gift card would arrive soon?????Thieves and liars, I have no other words. If you want to be scammed come live in this condo!!! It seems totally disrespectful and ridiculous to me that they promise you benefits so you sign a contract and then don't give them. This is a lie and a theft!! Those who work in the office provide terrible service. They don't do their job well. As a guest you feel unprotected. Poorly educated people who do not solve or listen to your problems. I am going to report my terrible experience in this place in every possible way!
I know I am not the only person having problems with the gift card.

This is useless here, they promised me a gif card of 1000 dollars when I arrived and they never gave it to me. The pool is always a problem, there are police officers and it is very expensive for a single room. All the condominiums that are nearby here are much better here. I do not recommend that you come here so that Don't have this bad experience, they gave me a contract for 18 months to take promotions and when I was here they started to think I was crazy.
