My daughter has been attending children’s courtyard for a year and a half now! She loves it here!! She started off in Pre-K with Ms.Laura and she loved it. She is now in the School age program and never wants to go home! I would highly recommend this center!!

My daughter is 3 years old and she was hurt at this location. I picked up my child and she had a broken collar bone, nobody could tell me anything and I still have not heard anything from them in regards to what happened or with any concern for my child. This happened Oct 2022.

We have a 2.5 year old who just started going here during pandemic times. I appreciate how responsive they have been to health and safety standards. Though my daughter and I were both anxious handing her off to someone she'd never met in PPE gear that first day, by the end of that week, she was so excited to go back to school. The teachers were attentive to her needs and made her feel valued and included immediately. I also appreciate the fact that I can check her classroom camera anytime and use their app to get updates and send messages. She loves going there and has enjoyed all the special programs this summer; tie-dye shirts, snow cones, firetruck visits, and more!

It’s my daughter’s first week at this place and so far so good! I had so much anxiety about switching her to a new daycare as she had been attending her old daycare since she was 7 months old and she is now 18 months old. A few things that drew us to children’s courtyard of pflugerville is the ability to access unlimited live camera monitoring of her classroom anytime, they provide the meals, snacks and drinks, they have a great curricular plan, and they send pictures and updates throughout the dayvia an app called brightwheel. So convenient! I also would like to mention that the director, Malorie, has made this transition much easier for us. She answers all my questions and responds to any of my concerns immediately and doesn’t make me feel like I’m overreacting about my concerns. I’m hoping things continue to go well here!

My son went here most of 217, but due to a recent life event we had to take him out towards the end of the year while my husband looked after him at home for a while. When we were ready to place him back in daycare we went with another facility (KIndercare), which he did not adjust well to at all. He was always hungry and just didn't gel well with the facility at all. We reluctantly took him out, because we really like the director at this location (Shiela), but when we found out she was leaving the establisment we knew we had to go. We came back to Children's Courtyard and boy what a difference we saw in our little big man! He was happy again and back to his normal self. It is as if he never left! And boy did they give him star treatment, which in turn made me feel so good as a mother, knowing that my son is in a place where the caregivers enjoy taking care of him. We will NEVER leave Children's Courtyard again! He will be here until he is too old and no longer meets the age requirement! Thank you Children's Courtyard for all you do and the care you have shown my son since day 1!

I'll keep this short and sweet. My child was made to sit on the carpet and not get up which caused him to pee on himself and wasn't allowed to get up. Roaches. Undercooked food. Joke of a management. If you love your child, steer clear. Oh and I should add, I worked there while all this happened. So if you think YOUR CHILD will be different? Think again.

My son and I love this daycare. The teachers are super sweet and caring. My son is 6yrs old and can tell my everything to what goes on there. He cant wait until school breaks to go back. Which that tells me he loves it.

We have had our son enrolled in the daycare for about a year now and we love it. The price for what you get can not be beat and he is enrolled in Spanish class which I think is so cool that they offer. Everyone from the director down to my son's teacher is really nice and if we ever have issues; Mallory (the director) is always spot on quick to resolve it. As long as we never move, we will have him here until he is too old to be.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. My boy "E" is now 2 years old and has been in this daycare since he was 4 months old. We just had a baby in November and were concerned about keeping E in daycare knowing that it could put our baby at risk of getting sick if E were to catch something. The first 3 months for any infant is a stressful time, knowing that their immune systems aren't developed and any fever over 100.2 meant an ER visit. We decided to keep E in daycare during flu season. We didn't want to take him out for 3 months and mess up his routine, besides he loves going to this daycare.Well it has been 3 months and we are proud to say that E has not gotten sick, no viruses the entire 3 months we had him in this daycare! He has avoided getting the flu and I contribute a lot of this to The Children's Courtyard. Whatever this daycare is doing to keep their kids from contracting the flu in their facility is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this daycare.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not allowed here. I left this school because of constant issues with communication. The day I actually decided to withdraw my child was the final straw. That morning I walked in to 8, yes 8, incident reports from his teacher, Miss Courtney. She just casually asked me to sign them during drop off. These reports were from several different days, spanning over different weeks. If you have a 3 yr old child, telling them, "Hey did you do this?" from a situation over a week ago does absolutely no good for the child. In fact, it only does harm for the child's development. This was not the first fail at communication from their staff. They previously had me sign documents from days/weeks prior. Enough is enough and I had to go.After I disenrolled my child and began to leave, the Director, Mallory, made a last attempt to talk to me stating, "Yes when I found out yesterday..." Really? Why wasn't I notified yesterday? Why didn't you call me personally yesterday? Don't expect the District Manager, Clarissa Johnston, to be helpful either. She knew about the situation as well when I spoke to her that day, minutes after I left. It seems everyone knew about the communication failures, except me.Above is the reason I finally left. The other communication errors were around giving my child mangos several times. I clearly stated in his paperwork, and verbally to all teachers and administration, that they give him a rash. In addition, clearly they have no regard for the well-being of my child as they kept putting diapers on my son that were not his, causing more rashes. Their negligence knows no bounds. The revolving door of faculty is probably a contributing factor to these communication problems.

If there was an option to give this "Child Care" ZERO stars I would. Most of the staff are just out of high school, no education or barely any experience. The District Manager, Clarissa Johnston is a slimy snake who doesn't care about the welfare of the children at her daycares. She is in this business strictly for the money! Both my children were neglected, left untreated and I was NEVER contacted or NEVER sent a photo update. Clarissa assumed giving me my money back (which I repeatedly requested) would hush me up. Her staff is very deceitful and will lie to cover up more lies in hopes to protect themselves. They also avoided my request to see the camera footage of the incident that involved my child. So I took further action and opened a investigation! Don't be fooled by the show they put on at your initial visit. AVOID THIS FACILITY!!!!!! RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!!!

The center itself is friendly, kind, and caring. The same can not be said for the District Manager, Clarissa Johnson. She is cold, calloused, and cares nothing about the health and wellbeing of the children at the center. She is strictly in the business for the money.

Its been a wonderful experience so far. My daughter loves it here. I highly recommend the infant room teachers and the director who is always sincere and on top of things.
