We recently purchased 2 leather sofas at Texas Leather Interiors in Pflugerville. Our selection was - Leather: Saloon; Color: Seaglass, Special Effects: Crackle Effect. The quality is much better than anything we saw in three other furniture stores that we had visited. Price was significantly higher, but we feel the value is in the quality and beauty of the furniture. We found two small issues with the leather surface on one of the sofas after delivery. These were repaired quickly and to our satisfaction by a knowledgeable service person. Thank you to Lance and Moose at this store during the sale and for the follow up on the repair. We are enjoying these stunning additions to our living room.

Today we went looking for a new sofa, but meeting with Lance at Texas Leather Interiors changed looking to buying. He is very kind, knowledgeable and very patient. He went above and beyond answering all our concerns. It can be overwhelming with so many choices but with his help we choose a beautiful well made sofa.

Bought 2 leather chairs less than 1 year ago. Now the leather on 1 of the chairs is flaking in one small area. They refuse to honor their warranty

It was time to replace some furniture this year, and I decided it was time to buy a leather recliner. I wanted leather because I have cats and tbh, I prefer the ease of cleaning leather with furballs in the house! After not being able to find a comfortable, smaller one that I felt was built well elsewhere, I searched Texas Leather Furniture and saw their reviews, so popped in one day around Labor Day to check them out. They have a smaller section with several styles of single control recliners that are comfortable, attractive and appear well-made, but as someone with fussy lumbar arthritis, I wasn't crazy about the mechanics of the motor, so I looked at the custom order ones which are only slightly more expensive. This is the first time I've custom ordered furniture, and it was fun! I found a manufacturer I liked and chose the back, seat, footrest and arms as individual items to fit my short legs, but make sure I had room to fit a cat in the seat with me. They had enough design options within the line I was able to match the armrests, and closely match the color of the sofa I have which was important to me for aesthetics. As someone who's older and sometimes needs to accommodate different fussy joints, I went for the 3 separate controls - legs, lumbar and neck - and the glider and swivel foundation, expecting I'd use them all. I have! It's really nice not having to use pillows to get comfortable, and I really love the glider feature when I'm watching tv or playing with the cats at night. The swivel feature has been a huge benefit in my small living since it lets me rotate the chair 1 direction to chat with company, and spin it a different direction to stretch out and rest - even a wall hugger recliner couldn't have fit that need as well. It took a few weeks to get it, as others have said. it's custom furniture, so no surprises there. The delivery team was very professional, neat, careful not to damage any of my furniture as they carried the recliner through the house, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped me get gliders under the recliner so I could easily move it when I changed my mind on its ideal location. Gilbert and Lance are really nice, patient, considerate and knowledgeable salespeople. I worked with Gilbert, he was able to give me details on the materials used in the manufacturing process: birch wood and metal springs, if I remember correctly. Honestly, these guys' demeanor and the quality of their furniture may make their store my first stop for future furniture purchases!

We ordered a Natuzzi loveseat and reclining sofa in 4/2023. We had it delivered end of 7/2023. Today we realized that the mechanism that is used to recline the sofa was wearing on the foam cushions underneath. Natuzzi does NOT cover the bottom of the cushions nor does it use anything for support except straps! This was a 4k purchase for the sofa alone.When I called to inform Texas Leather of the problem they told me to email pics and that they would forward them to the company. Unfortunately they also said their response rate was very slow and he could not promise me they would even get in contact with me. What a joke! Why are you still doing business with this company???Had we known this about the manufacturer prior we would have NEVER purchased this particular sofa/loveseat.This was our 2nd purchase with Texas Leather and even tho the first one was great after this incident we will not do business with them again.I feel it is Texas Leather's responsibility to inform theircustomers when they have problems with a certain manufacturer and to stand behind the products they sold.We have spent tooo much money to have a piece of furniture that is sub par.Ensure you check the support on your furniture BEFORE you purchase. This sofa/loveseat will not hold up for anyone over 200lbs.***This is the WORST constructed furniture we have ever bought. And we have purchased from Rooms to Go , Ashley and other chain furniture stores.I gave this review 2 stars bc of the leather. Otherwise, the furniture is not worth the 8k we paid for it. Not even close.

We find all the furniture stores and want to find a white sofa and it can be suitable for young adults. And when we come here, they said they can help us to customize one white one, they said we need wait for 6 months, but finally we got the beautiful sofa after we pay the deposit 3 and a half months. The sofa is beautiful and they are very experienced.

Be sure to ask for Gilbert! I can not say enough great things about Gilbert's product knowledge, customer service, or sincere investment in your happiness. He is simply terrific. There are so many more possibilities than what is on the floor and Gilbert gets involved in mapping all of them to your preferred comfort and aesthetic taste. He's respondent, salutory, and creates customers-for-life. Any business would be lucky to have him, and it was truly a pleasure letting him help us find our "forever couch". Spent about 3 hours with the store manager, Lance. He understood our needs and facilitated our decision making. After 4 or 5 unsuccessful visits to stores where they didn't hear us, we were able to place our order. Beautiful store.

Awesome customer service! We were greeted by Gilbert with a big smile and very welcoming. Gilbert was very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the leathers and products. He was patient and answered all my questions and let us take as much time as we needed to decided. It was a pleasure working with him and loved that he cared about giving his customers the best service possible.
