This is my go to target, but the restrooms are beyond disgusting. Every time without fail, it smells, out of toilet paper, no paper towels, trash everywhere. The restroom at this location looks like no one attends to it all day. Do better.

No staff ? went for some essentials At 6 PM today. I just got out of the hospital after 10 Weeks and needed a few supplies. I could not wait due to my weakness. There were two lanes open with lanes wrapped around the store. The self check out looked the same. Estimated probably a 20 minute wait to check out. Return/service area had three employees not doing anything, just on their phones, who could’ve been helping out. Target, you lost a customer and revenue today.

I went into this Target in Pflugerville. There were new clothes all over the floor in every department and very disorganized. I was very disappointed in seeing this Target looking like this. It use to be a very nice Target. But now it is very runnied down. I don’t even want to go back into this Target. Very sad!!

Whoever is managing this target needs to be FIRED and a corporate visit is needed ASAP. I am an avid Target shopper and typically choose Target over Walmart because the overall shopping experience tends to of higher quality. This store is absolutely filthy. The pictures below are not just from one trip to this location these are pictures over a period of months so no excuses can be used. This store has plenty of staff around but it seems to be like no one is working. How can you be standing around when the store is in absolute disarray?? Where are the store managers, are they not looking around as they walk through the store? Do they think the cleanliness in these pictures below are acceptable, because if so they need to go through a round of training at the corporate office. Its like I entered thrift store where it is normal to dig through a pile of clothes to find something. This should not be the shopping experience at any Target location. I have reached out to the store managers but of course have not received a phone call back, which I figured would happen given it seems like they do not know how to manage there store location.

Employees standing around in the way while I attempt to find items when NOTHING is put away or organized. Goodwill is cleaner and more organized. How are there employees everywhere and clothes literally thrown all over the ground. Every aisle is like this.

Another great time at target! Had to return an item and get what I needed. Of course the service was great and took only a few minutes to get what I needed! Got close handicap parking! Easy to get ! baskits! Any wait to go again!

I tried calling the PFLUGERVILLE store location, to ask a few questions. NOT, ONE, SINGLE, department answered the phone. I was then basically [FORCED] to actually go to the store to get my questions answered.
Then.....(not sure if it is an INDIVIDUAL store policy)...... I could not purchase items with a Personal Check. So once again, I was [FORCED] to apply for a target circle debit card(that I will NEVER, EVER, need) to purchase items.
