I had gone somewhere else and had a negative experience while trying to get a state inspection performed. I decided to give Take 5 a shot, and Vic and another young gentleman gave me an amazing, relaxed experience. The customer service was beyond my expectations.

Took a very long time due to one of the techs working on his own vehicle in the back. They gave no water on arrival, no washer fluid and no air in the tires. They also didn't even give me a mileage sticker for my next oil change. One of the worst take 5's I have been too and I use them for every change

Great experience. Fast and friendly service and refreshingly competent. Manny is a rock star and the 2nd person in 7 years (aside from my mechanic) to figure out how to check the air filter under my hood...it's tricky but he got it done in less than 3 minutes. I'll be back and hope to see Manny there again!

This is the first time in my 100 years of getting an inspection and the tech was so super thorough. Checked every thing including my seat belts!!! I drive an older car so yep.. gotta a little nervous with the attention to detail. But I passed so wooohooo!! Thank you for being extra safe.

Terrible quality oil, had to flush my engine because the synthetic oil they said they put in was not synthetic nor was it good quality oil. Also they try to upsell every chance they get. I let them replace my cabin filter as i ran out of filters at home to do it myself and he misaligned it and left my cars A/C and fan making lots of noise I had to realign it myself. Dishonest management, no complaints on the employees. Dont let the cheaper prices get you.

I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change, thanks to the excellent service provided by the manager, Austin. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, and Austin really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a quick, reliable, and friendly oil change. Five stars!

Overpriced for the service that you get. I paid $140 and I typically pay around $70 bucks at other places but I needed it done during a weekend.
