Do Not Go There even if the haircut is free this is my first haircut at this location and the stylist name is Michael he is very rude, totally disrespectful and so unprofessional, and very sloppy I told him how I wanted the haircut and he didn’t give me the haircut that I wanted and to top it off he said a very smart comment about if his manager was there that this would be like getting a second haircut because I asked him to take off a little bit more hair how low can you go and that really made me feel so uncomfortable and it was a Red Flag where is the work ethics that he supposed have as a stylist unfortunately the service industry has gone down the roof and I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy I should have read the reviews but I always like to try a place and then see if this is a good place to do business or not again don’t go to this place and always always and I mean always read the reviews, one of the worst if not the worst haircut I have gotten in a very very very long time now I see why they have so many 1 Star Reviews.

Fix your online check-in times. My estimate shouldn't be 25 minutes and then jump to 80+ when I arrive in store.

Do not come here. My husband had beautiful long hair down his back when he came in. He just desperately needed to cut off some of the damage from tying it up so often. We came in with reference photos that i’ll show below. The guy barely glanced at the photos. We asked specifically that the stylist leave his hair LONGER. The stylist asked me to wait elsewhere while he cut his hair so i went and waited in the car. Louis, the guy who cut his hair told my husband he had been there for three days, and then proceeded to do whatever he freaking felt like!!!! He left it long on top but it completely was not what we asked for!! My husband said that the guy seemed more concerned with shooting content for his social media and was bragging the whole time that he was “getting a $100 haircut” and he should “consider himself lucky”. Well guess what, he didnt feel lucky, he said that as soon as he got in the car that the guy made him look like a head of broccoli. Couldve gotten him a better haircut for cheaper at the cosmetology school on Burnet, at least they actually care about what their clients ask for. Never coming back, am sorry that i even let him walk in there in the first place. Take a look at these photos below and then what we got, what a joke.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I showed 2 very simple pictures and the stupid spray tan Mexican lady couldn’t even trace her hand if she wanted to. NEVER COME HERE I REPEAT‼️‼️

Ran in for a quick cut before work. Was greeted with super friendly service that was incredibly efficient. Probably going to start going here instead of a similar place

I have been coming here since they opened and the only thing that changes are the stylist. Management needs to repair or replace the broke and barely functioning massage chairs in the back. The hum that the motors make for massage purposes is drowned out by my laughter. Seriously, fix or replace your equipment. No wonder your techs migrate out so fast.

The stylus didn't know how to give a good shampoo massage and used the handheld back massager to hit my spine and shoulder blades and make it bounce off. Plus I get home and look, she missed a quarter size patch on my left temple area that I trimmed up myself. Not sure if I will go back to that location.

Very poor instore experience I would give -5 stars if there is an optionWhat is the use of online checkinIf you people are going to offer priority to people who checked in storeWhen I checked in online my wait time is 42 minutes, by the time I got I was late by 7 minutes but still I am top of the list my appointment was not cancelledBut the associate is not ready to take me she told me that I should wait until all the people before me are done.If you folks think I should go back of line then you should have cancelled my appointmentWhat is the use of online check in if this is time based checkin concept

I had never been to this location but I decided to try it out due to long wait times at the ones in my area. I'm also new to my area and haven't had the best experiences at the Sport Clips there. So after 25 mins of driving I didn't expect much. However Sam T was great. She did a lot of small things that I've only experienced at much nicer barbershops; Putting a towel down just to do my neckline, asking a lot of questions about what I want and giving me options, drying my hair properly instead of just blow drying it for 20 seconds, along with some other things. I was one bad Sport Clips cut away from moving to a more expensive place and away from a chain, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. Also, the other employees were answering the phones and stayed open late for callers that were running behind which was nice of them. I'll be driving out to this location for all of my future haircuts.
