  Our business/organization has used this team for years on all types of flooring. They consistently provide great customer service, are very responsive and are just good people. Very competitive on the $ side as well, typically less than other options around.

  Beat the price of 2 other flooring companies by at least 4k. The scheduling process needs a lot of work I will say. My husband called on a Tuesday and I was in the store on Thursday. We both left our info for someone to call and schedule a measurement and never got a call back. Yhe guy had wrote my name and info on the side of his calendar. My husband called after we waited over a week and asked for the guys number that actually comes out and takes the measurements. When my husband told him we had been waiting for a call the guy said he had not been given our info. So that needs work for sure. Other then that I loved the work and the timely manner they had completed the job in. Have used them on 3 different homes and will use them again
