Wrong address and no one picked the call.very frustrating

The salon was cold. She had an attitude. I wish I had checked her reviews before I went. A job that took some one else 45 minutes it took her 15 because she did a fast lousy job. Applied henna on my hair. She had say one price over the phone, but when I got there she gave me a different price. I made the effort of going all the way North hoping to find someone I could send my friends to, but I had a bad experience. I would not go back and would not recommend to anybody.

Niki always does a great job and my eyebrows look perfectly groomed every time. I also appreciate her flexibility in scheduling my appointments through text messages.
