Professional, attention to detail, courteous, made costs clear, and are local. Diagnosed the problem quickly. I would have liked to have given Precision the work, however, the issue my car had was related to the work done by a different service vendor. The issue was also covered by their warranty. So I did not have any further service done by Precision.

Don't fall for the reviews. I had my oil change just a week ago and every auto repair shop usually do a basic courtesy check. They totally missed My battery which was white from all the juice coming out of it. Luckily, when I couldn't start my car a week later I was at my friend's place. I had to get mechanic come to my place and fix it. Ended up spending few hundreds dollars. When he opened the hood, we immediately realize it's battery because it looked really bad. You don't even need some inspection just look was enough to find there is a problem with the battery but they failed to even have a look at it.
After a few weeks, I call them for the full car inspection and he gave me the quote of $170! Then I realized that this guy is just trying to get maximum money out of my pocket instead of actually helping me.

Chris, the manager is one of a kind, hands down the best in the business. I had an oil leak that I had fixed at Covert Buick. Needless to say they half ass did the job. After paying them $1,200.00 to fix it, I still had a leak. My friend Laurie M. told me about Chris, so I took my car there and Chris took care of the leak and he got it done right, for half the price that Covert Buick charged. Now when I have any problems I don’t think twice, I take my car to Precision Tune! I have to give you a heads-up, Chris is the person you want to deal with because of his customer service skills, the other guy Bubba, lack those skills and tend to rub people the wrong way. I think ? Bubba, is a Trumpster, because he act like he’s mad all the time, and never has nothing good to say! Even with that said, Chris is so good as manager, he still makes that place shine in my eyes!
