Do not groom your dogs here, or at least avoid Cindy as a groomer. I took my golden doodle at 2:30PM for a haircut , bath, nail, trim etc. I explained to Cindy that I wanted a 3 3/4 guard cut all over, no designs, no puppy cut, no face trim just a plain buzz cut all over, I showed her what I wanted and before leaving I doubled down by saying "Cindy she is a golden doodle and most people want a poodle cut, I just want a straight buzz cut she will grow into it. The last time I asked for this at your other location she came back with a fluffy head. For lack of a better term make my dog look like a traditional Labrador". She said she got it.
I was told 3 to 4 hours or 6PM give or take, I got a text message at 4:25PM to come pick up my dog. Cindy was gone and my dog had fluffy uncut ears. Thank you to Saskia who was gracious enough to stop cutting the dog she had and she squeezed my dog in to finish what Cindy started. By the time Saskia was done I noticed my dog had uneven legs and chunks of hair that were longer than others all over her body. Saskia was busy with her work, I did not have the heart to even tell her. So I took my dog and I had to finish evening her horrible cut with my pregnant wife covering my whole living room in dog hair which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place by taking my dog to get a $100 haircut.
Once again Saskia, thank you for your assistance with her, I know you were busy and this was not your fault.

My 71 year old mother went to this location on 6/25/24 to get cat litter and asked the manager if someone could load the cat liter one 35 lb bag into her trunk. She was told no because they only had 2 employees and less than 10 people in the store and come to find out before she left there was a stocker loading the inventory. Her vehicle was 30 feet from the front door. Shame on Petco!!
Sad and disappointed in the customer fulfillment delivered by Petco. Shame on this younger generation.

Had an appointment for my dog to be groomed today. We were turned away due to her walking being a little off (she is a small 7lbs dog) and her back 2 legs aren’t the strongest so she walks a little sideways.

I want say tank you and I change my mind actually cashier terminate me to Lane but is okay told me another customer buying something to lane however I don’t like punishment any person but my heart is broken tomorrow I come back to you guys

This Petco is a very nice location, staff is always very courteous and helpful and I always find what I'm looking for! That means that I don't have to run to another location!

I was a huge fan of this practice at this specific location, but now that Gabrielle is gone I think that it has lost its greatness. Between getting rid of a handful of key staff members and being closed more than a month, it’s giving unreliability and toxic work environment vibes. I do appreciate the time and care that was provided to my cats, but I will be switching veterinarians.

I arrived 10 minutes late and tried calling but no answer. I get there and a gentleman tells me they can't groom my dog because of a fifteen minute late policy even though it wasn't 15 minutes.

Let’s just say Lupe saved the day !!! Originally had scheduled our boy to be groomed this past weekend and basically got cancelled because the groomer that was going to take him stated he seemed too nervous and if she couldn’t pick him up into the crate she was not going to be able to take him in and that maybe we should just come back another day. Obviously that is not what we expected nor wanted since in the last 7 years of Petco being our grooming spot this had never happened. Any way I was able to reschedule our boy during the week and Lupe immediately got down to his level and started pampering him as if it was her own dog. My heart knew he was in good hands. Her love and passion was overflowing. She even walked me over to take a look at the new leashes and was trying them on him because she noticed his skin with his old collar was starting to get irritated. Thank you Lupe for turning things around and for going the extra mile to take care of our dog ?. We truly appreciate it and can’t thank her enough for her gentleness and kindness. We hope to see you soon!!!!

My go to pet store, everyone here is so friendly and helpful, Amy helps me every time I come in and she is literally an angel, idk what she makes but she needs a raise!!!
