We had a wonderful experience working with Brandi at Perfect 10.0 Physical Therapy. My oldest daughter is a USAG competitive gymnast and has seen Brandi several times for sports related injuries. She not only helped speed up the healing process, but educated my athlete on how to use her body correctly in practice to perfect her skills safely. She was also sent home with exercises manageable for her to do on her own time. Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable and caring physical therapist.

Brandi has helped by daughter gain strength and overcome injury. My daughter is very hyper flexible and was always having joint pain after gymnastics. She now does not need to ice her knee or ankle because Brandi has helped her develop strength through weight lifting and other exercises. Brandi is also encouraging and genuinely cares about my daughter's mental, emotional, and physical success.

There are simply no words to adequately describe how much of a blessing Brandi has been for my daughter, Emma. She helped her return to gymnastics after a serious injury. Brandi’s approach was multi faceted in that she merged the mental aspect of a gymnast from her own experience as one along with her professional training as a world class physical therapist. And from this place of knowledge Brandi was not only able to rehabilitate the athlete but she also was able engage Emma’s interest to the degree that Emma is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Baylor. Brandi’s desire to help her athletes to be their best, her knowledge of the human body’s ability as well as each person’s limitations, coupled with her amazing manner of working with her clients is the catalyst for great things to happen! I wholeheartedly recommend Brandi for any physical therapy needs. She is most definitely someone I’d trust with my own child and there’s less than a hand full of individuals on the earth I can honestly say that about!

As a DIII collegiate gymnastics team, with less resources than some of the bigger schools, having someone like Brandi to work with our athletes is a Godsend! She has helped many of our Ladies to either extend their careers or get them back to competition. Often in less time than what most people would have predicted and doing events they thought they might never do again! Brandi knows the gymnastics/acrobatics athletes so well and how to help their specific injuries through holistic care. She believes in the whole person and sees the bigger picture (the whole chain as Brandi would say!).We've had Brandi take care of sport specific type traumatic injuries, and long-term with other athletes who had chronic injuries. In several instances she was able to get our athletes to a place where they could compete again, after having an injury that is more specific to this type of activity, when we couldn't find anyone else who knew what to do.One specific instance was when one of our seniors had an injury to her wrist and the doctors told her she would have to have surgery and wouldn't be able to compete her senior year. We worked with Brandi, who knew this particular injury, and she was able to get this gymnast back to competing, not only that, but on bars too! She's a miracle worker!I would highly recommend Brandi!

Brandi is amazing! She helped our daughter through her optional years in gymnastics which created the foundation for an amazing college gymnastics career! I remember Drew getting up at 5 and 6:00 before school in the morning on zoom to work with Brandi and was amazed at the specific exercises she would give Drew to do.She not only gave her the appropriate exercises but she was so kind and gentle which was so encouraging!!! Thank you Brandi for providing the perfect therapy and support over the years!

Brandi was my PT during my time as a competitive gymnast and was the paramount reason I was able to return to sport after my back injury. I saw her routinely for both injury and sports performance related rehab and she vastly improved my abilities as an athlete. Brandi was (and still is) the reason I choose to pursue a career in physical therapy. I am currently a first year physical therapy student (DPT) and hope in the future I am able to practice and treat patients with the same amount of empathy and excellence I had the opportunity to experience through Brandi.

My daughter went to Brandi for some PT during her gymnastics career. Brandi was amazing and so knowledgeable. Not only did my daughter recover nicely and quickly but she learned so much on how to prevent future injuries. My daughter had a long gymnastics career without significant major injuries and partly because Brandi was introduced to us early on and the knowledge she shared with gymnasts and athletes is priceless. My daughter had double insurance coverage so we could have gone anywhere and paid nothing for PT but we chose Brandi for the expert she is in her field. She is worth the cost. In the long run, I believe she saved us money by preventing injuries. Thank you Brandi!!

Brandi has helped me since 2018 for a variety of injuries and she has gone above and beyond to help me with anything I need. While I was in Finland i injured my finger pretty badly before nationals. She quickly responded and helped me build a splint and make a new training plan to get me past the injury and so I could compete in 2 weeks. Whether it is an injury or figuring out where I want to go to college she has been a great help.

I have been a gymnastics coach for almost 3 decades. I have never seen such amazingly consistent success with both injury rehabilitation and prevention that Brandi provides. On top of that she is a wizard when it comes preparation for performance preparation, both physical and mental!

I first brought my daughter, a gymnast, to Brandi a little over a year ago after she suffered multiple rolled/sprained ankles . She came highly recommended to us from multiple parents and coaches. Brandi also helped my daughter come back from a scary concussion and a partially dislocated shoulder last year, she worked closely with her coaches through each injury (weekly text messages, sending video back and forth etc) coming up with a detailed plan on getting her skills back and ready for competition season. In each instance she has left her stronger than before. It is invaluable to us to have someone who understands the sport and also genuinely cares about my daughter as both an athlete and a person. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been in gymnastics for 20 years and Brandi has been such an amazing resource. When I had a back injury, she would get on FaceTime and help me out even though we were hundreds of miles away. Without a doubt one of the best physical therapists out there. She genuinely cares for her patients and makes sure they’re taken care of.

My son, Ryan, is a young gymnast. He is very excited about the sport and very dedicated to all the workouts. He was referred to Brandi initially by the coaches to help with instability in his core. Though he was strong and extremely flexible, he needed additional help and guidance to execute certain skills. Brandi has done a wonderful job in working with him. She gives him the exact exercises at each session to obtain a new skill and reach his goals. Brandi has not just helped him physically, but also getting his entire body to work together better. Brandi has found that part of his challenges is having his mind control over his entire body along with other vestibular issues. She has gone above and beyond to help him by reaching out to other colleges to find him the exact exercises to help him improve his skills! He is continually improving and working hard to reach his goals! Without Brandi’s help and guidance, I’m afraid he would have given up on a sport that brings him so much joy each week! Thank you, Brandi, for all your work!

We came to Brandi 2 yrs ago after my daughter was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis. She gave us targeted exercises that acknowledged and helped change a movement pattern that was not ideal. My daughter now has zero back pain and the most beautiful and pain free arch. She now knows and trains with the optimal movement patterns needed for gymnastics with zero pain! She is making extraordinary progress that showed in her scores this season and in the skills she has acquired post season. I cannot say enough positive things or express the amount of gratitude I have towards Brandi. She has treated us with the utmost respect and given us so much knowledge. She is definitely our go-to for any physical therapy needs and top notch in physical therapy and performance.

In March of 2023, our daughter experienced a back injury and was immediately placed on 100% rest from ALL activity. After researching her condition (Spondylolysis/bilateral pars defect) we knew she needed someone familiar with what she was going through with the hopes of returning to competitive dance. Perfect 10.0 is about a 2 hour drive from us but we felt it was the best choice for our daughter's physical therapy. Brandi's background as a former athlete and gymnast is invaluable! She is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in developing my 12 year old dancing daughter's plan of care. We received phone calls prior to beginning to make sure she had all information needed and Brandi was available between appointments whenever questions came up. The summer road trips to Perfect 10.0 were 100% worth it. I highly recommend Brandi for any athlete who is trying to get moving again after injury.
