My first time here and I had an incredible experience! I got a gel mani/pedi (green tea pedicure) which was incredibly relaxing. Quiet atmosphere on a Tuesday midday. I was able to come in for a walk in. I was handled with care and consideration. I wish I remembered my tech’s name because she was SO sweet and kind. Spent approximately 1.5-ish hours there. I also go a complimentary drink (margarita) that was delicious and helped me relax. And an excellent bonus is that they’re by Cane’s! Color was not distributed while eat afterwards. I’m glad I took the chance to treat myself to a lil date day~

Friendly, super affordable they have a wide selection of designs to pick from! I live in south Austin but this place is worth the drive Michelle did a great job!

They’re the best! Perfect combination between efficiency, but being super detailed with high quality. I have tried many salons in the Austin area, even many boujie ones, and always felt rushed. I have been to others they did detailed work, but took too long! This is the perfect mix and my go- yo place every time! Love it!

I got a green tea and honey pedicure with Lisa, and she did amazing, she was very skilled. My feet needed a good massage as I’m on my feet all day for work. The salon space was amazing and clean, also it didn’t have a strong nail polish smell which always give me headaches. The over all service was super nice! Will definitely come back again!

I had an absolutely awful experience at the salon today. I normally don’t come on here to post negative reviews, but if it would save somebody in the future, such a terrible experience, I feel like it’s only right for me to share this today. I will start off by saying that I did not pay for the partial service that was done only because the technician doing my nails told me that I didn’t have to pay. I went in and told the front desk that I wanted A full set. I sat down and had to wait a little bit longer than I feel. I should have since there was about five employees sitting around not doing anything. The man that started my nails asked me what I wanted I showed him And picked out a color. When he proceeded to start on my nails, I realize he was doing a refill, which is not what I asked for so I asked him if he could do a full set. He was quite irritated with this, but proceeded to start removing my nails by ripping them off instead of soaking Off the acrylic like they normally do. The third nail in it was so painful and he ripped my natural now so I told him to stop that I would be going elsewhere. I did offer to pay for a partial removal. He said it was not necessary, so I stormed out quite angrily. The impression that I got being in this salon for a very short period of time was that the technician did not want to do my nails and did not want to perform the services I was asking if that is the case I would rather be told ahead of time that my business is not instead of treated So horribly that I have to storm out of an establishment. I’m including a photo below To show the extreme damage that was done to my nails, and that they were not even fully removed. I was incredibly disappointed by my service and treatment here today, and will never set foot in the establishment again, and do not recommend this salon to anyone else.

My favorite nails spot was closed and I needed to get my nails done. I ended up here and had one of the worst experiences ever. Usually I’m understanding and flexible, but this was so bad and to be charged such high price needed to make the business aware.
First, both my hand and foot technicians were very unhappy to be there and expressed it to me
My gel mani chipped 3 days in (I have not done anything physical to cause this and my nails were very strong prior to this)
My pedicure tech kept trying to upsell me to gel several times which I kept rejecting. She asked to cut my short nails, which I accepted. However there was no filing to shape it or smooth it. Then she quickly painted the nail…it looks very bad. Honestly the worse job I’ve ever paid for. It looks like a 5 year old did it. I’m glad I did not let her upsell me, but upset with how ugly my toe nails are.
Overall my nails look terrible during my conference and going into the wedding I’m attending this weekend.
I’m even more upset because for the premium price of the salon, the service was super sub par!
