I don't normally like to put bad review but this place and the lady that runs this place should be stopped immediately from touching animal. I took my 2 beautiful Pomeranian dogs to her because it's super close to my place and she took me in short notice but it was the most horrific experience I had in my life with any service providers. Beside the fact that she have no idea about cutting hair , she shaved them to skin no blending and holes every where you look. I literally was about to cry when they came back, you can see in the photos and videos , she also work in super dirty place and my dogs came back all their skin with ticks and fleas and they never ever had one before ! When I contacted her and asked my money back instead of apologizing and send the money she had the balls to tell me " you don't know me and be careful for you life " attached messages photoscreen. I have no idea how she have good reviews I guess it's all fake or it's people that don't care about their dogs but I strongly suggest to STAY AWAY!!

I take my girl, Lilah, to Stephanie at the Paw Tender for her haircuts. I just have to start by saying that Lilah can be quite a handful, so I greatly appreciate anyone who can handle her with ease. And Stephanie definitely fits the bill! Every time I pick Lilah up from her, she is in such a happy and clean state, not to mention sporting an amazing haircut.But here's what sets Stephanie apart from other groomers - she truly takes the time to get to know your dog and understand what kind of haircut you want for them. It's like she forms a special bond with each furry client.During this last visit in October, Stephanie even arranged a Halloween photoshoot for Lilah! I can't decide if I'm more blown away by the grooming or the photography, because both are absolutely amazing. 10/10!!

Stephanie is amazing! Did a great groom on my yorkie mix and my dog didn’t seem stressed after. Being a yorkie, that should speak volumes! Thank you!

Fantastic experience!! My dog had some issues with his skin and hair and Stephanie thoughtfully addressed. He had to get a cut shorter than we originally requested, but Stephanie called - went over it with us and gave options. We went with the shorter cut and he still looks adorable! Highly recommend.

Stephanie is amazing! We truly appreciate her love and care for our 17 year old dog, working with her wound, grooming her gently and beautifully, and understanding her needs. She is a beautiful soul and I recommend her whole-heartedly!

I meant to write this review a couple weeks ago when I first met Stephanie and took my sweet Shih Tzu, Toby, to her for the first time. Stephanie is very kind and had all necessary protocols in place for the current pandemic situation (the Delta was going crazy then). She also listened to the type of cut I would prefer... all that regular 'beginning' stuff that you get with a great groomer. However, I realized that I truly 'found' my preferred groomer when I went back to pick Toby up - he wasn't stressed and he looked beautiful, and so soft. For years I had been taking Toby to one of those large pet grooming places in the area (won't name) and just thought that all that stress was just normal, well it isn't. Additionally, even though I paid for the 'premium' service, Toby's hair had never been soft - I actually thought that was just normal with age (it isn't). Not only that, Toby would also normally come home from a grooming appointment so drained that he would just sleep all day and be kind of sad acting - again, I thought that was normal... well, when I brought Toby home from Paw Tender, he was so funny - ran around with my Basset Hound and had a great time, acted all feisty and happy, too! It was such a happy change and embedded my absolute hands down high recommendation for Stephanie and her grooming! She is truly amazing.
