“ATTENTION LADIES!! I’ve found a place to where we can take our cars to have them worked on without having to get a second job. I took my car in for an oil change and to get the tires rotated. First of all, the staff are grown men. The last place I went to had young men but no adult mangers, teaching them how to behave when dealing with customers. It was like an older romper room. The men here are polite and take their job seriously. While the man in the pit was changing my oil, Andy talks to him and then tells me we have a serious problem. My car is a 2025 model so I’m trying to figure out what could be wrong. Andy tells me I’m missing some kind of pin out of my brakes and that I can’t drive the car anymore. He told me when we put the car on the rack, they would be able to show me. Once the car was up, they showed me exactly what was wrong. I told them I had a 10:00 appointment and it was 8:45 now. They told me they had called three parts places trying to get the pin and it could take 5-60 minutes. William told me whichever place got there first, that’s the one they would use. I thought I could drive my car home and come back. ALL of the guys said NO, you can’t drive the car, that it was too dangerous. The part came in, William told me it was only $20. I asked him how much was he going to charge me to put the pin in. William looked at me like I had lost my mind and said I’m not going to charge you anything. The guys had me out before 9:30 and I was able to keep my 10:00 appointment. I know this is long but I need to get the word out that these men give a damn about their customers. They didn’t try to take me to the cleaners either. I was so impressed with these guys, when I need something done, from now on I’ll go to first. Thank you Andy. Thank you William. And thanks to all the guys that took care of me and my car. I’ll be seeing you again.”
