“I always have a difficult time finding someone to help. I went to this store during a busy time and needed assistance with a large umbrella. Harvey in the garden department was so nice even when his coworker was extremely rude to both of us. She seemEd very annoyed I was asking for help stating, " that's a different department. “I was so happy to receive great service from Otis Walker in electronics! I was checking the status of an online order via phone, and kept getting transferred from person to person. I ended up in the electronics dept and he made sure he took care of me personally. He left the dept to walk back to the pick up area and look for my order. When the status showed something unusual, he didn't even give me time to request he look into further- he automatically offered to dig in deeper and gave me the answers I needed. I know it's hard to give dedicated service to customers in big box stores, so I REALLY appreciate the extra time and attention! Thank you Otis!!”
