Just had my son's birthday party at this location. One of the worst experiences I've had in a really long time. The most unorganized location ever. Dear owner, please do a better job training your staff members.

BEST birthday party!! Had our 6yo birthday party here with 30 guests and literally had multiple other parents also come up and comment how it was one of the best parties they’d been to. Andy and his team do a great job! We’ll be back!

As a student of primal movement, I know human obstacle course is a great hobby to pursue. At the adult 6:45 class, we had 2 obstacle circuits we practiced then combined for a mega circuit with a 2 min timer. It was pure entertainment to watch my team mates GO for it! Then my turn, my adrenaline kicked on, and I performed the best out of all my practice runs. Def wear athletic pants. Def wear rubber bottom shoes, check if your shoes will have traction.Move Sport Ninja also reminds me of my 6th birthday party. If you are looking for a hobby that resonates with you or a kid's birthday, Move Sport Ninja Academy is the spot!

My family and I were visiting Austin for a couple of weeks and I wanted my 5 & 1/2 years old daughter to still practice her Ninja movements. We were lucky enough that we found Move Sport Ninja Academy. My daughter had so much fun and, even though, we went to only a few classes, she learned new movements and skills. Coaches here are knowledgeable and they dedicate the right amount of time to each student. They really approach each class in a way that is both challenging and super fun. It is pretty obvious that kids love the classes. We visit Austin often so, without a doubt, we will be back to the ninja classes in our next trip to Austin!

I've left messages twice on different days and have never heard back. My teenager would love ninja classes but at this point I'm assuming they are closed.

My son took classes here for about 6-9 months and enjoyed them. I paused our account in the fall citing concerns about rising COVID cases and they agreed to pause my account. They then charged my account the following month. After multiple emails and phone calls requesting reimbursement, they finally responded and said that they would not be reimbursing us the almost $200 because the "freeze" on the account lasted only 30 days and then the considered the account "thawed" and thus began charging us again. This was never explained to me when I froze the account or I would have just outright canceled the membership, and they have refused respond to any of my follow up messages.Bottom line, if you choose to do business with them, beware of their shady billing practices.EDITED TO RESPOND TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Thanks so much for a prompt response. I guess I should have written a public review first instead of trying to handle this privately as the response time is so much quicker when you get called out publicly. The two "complimentary" months you mentioned were due to the hand surgery my son had, which you STILL charged us for, then reimbursed later after we reminded you that you charged our account after you agreed to pause it. I'm adding screenshots so people can decide for themselves if they want to do business with you or not.

My daughters (10/8 yo) have been attending Move Sport Ninja Academy with coach Andy for over a year now and they've enjoyed it tremendously. We even had one of their birthday parties there. All in all, it's a great place to take your kids. It helps them grow their strength, balance, and confidence. Staff is friendly and coach Andy is great. Give it a shot if your interested.

My son has never showed any interest in traditional sports like soccer or t-ball, but he's very physical and high energy. He loves to climb, jump and swing, so we decided to try ninja gym - and it was definitely the right decision! After just a few month of weekly classes, we started seeing a huge improvements in his strength and confidence, plus he has an absolute blast. The coaches are awesome and so good with the kids.My son loves Move Sport so much that he wanted his friends to try it too - so we held his 5th birthday party at the gym. They made everything so easy - all we had to do was show up with a cake, have fun and wear everyone out!

My 3yo goes to Preschool Ninja and I go to adult Ninja. It’s been amazing so far and I’m loving the obstacle courses and all the coaches I’ve met - Andy and Eric.

I discovered this place for my 3yo toddler by searching for a gymnastics class for my daughter..and now she's going to Ninja Preschool and she loves it. I started going to adult Ninja as well. And it's been painful for my palms but I like it. It's like a playground but for adults.

We love this gym! Our son just competed I his first "mini-comp" and loooved it. He attends classes once a week and has grown in his skills since starting but has a passion for the sport!!! The owners, the staff, and the gym are all so perfect for any budding ninja warrior!

Our son has autism and ADHD...and without a doubt was a ninja in a previous life!! He is so active, strong, and always ready to hang, swing, climb, jump, and accomplish impossible feats. Why does his diagnosis matter for this review? Well, because Move Sport Ninja Academy makes him feel like he belongs. He left his weekly class today (which he looks forward to more than anything in his entire week) in "joyful tears" (his word choice) because of the support, encouragement, and compliments of three of the staff that happened at the end of class. We loved this place before (we've had a membership for a few months now) but this moment was MAGICAL for him. And me. It was that moment where you realize that their coaching (coach bobby is amazing) and encouragement is affecting a young life. A young life who will face TOUGH challenges in his ninja journey but also in life and that their motto to "never give up" quite frankly can be a life changer for him when he gets to those "hard to navigate" times in life. I know that sounds a bit extreme, but hey, there are those moments in life where things leave an impression on you. We love the coaching, the facility, and the staff at Move Sport Ninja Academy. Move Sport Ninja Academy offers him a space to work on control, focus, coordination, overcoming challenges, and building confidence in himself and that is invaluable thing for someone on the spectrum. He has the opportunity to do very regulating activities for his sensory seeking self and leave dripping in sweat (it's a GOOOOOD workout for him). He is obsessed with NINJA WARRIOR and hopefully will grow into being able to compete and love it even more as he does. Oh and btw, he's been in soccer since age 3 (and is really good at it), but doesn't love it even HALF as much as he loves his ninja classes....which makes us so happy because we just KNEW this would be his "gig".
